Sleep Number — Hotel in Salem

Great experience with the store. Ali was incredibly helpful, and my wife and I ended up with a bed we really enjoy. Since getting the bed we are incredibly happy with it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a premium bed.

In regards to the poor reviews regarding pricing, I can understand the frustrations. The prices are less than clear for all that is purchased as part of a complete bed, but I did not experience any issues with the staff at the store. I think the issue stems from corporate rather than the local store. Ali was very straight-forward on what everything costs, what the return policy was, and was very patient. I neither work for nor have any stake in this company; simply trying to help clarify other reviews I read that made sense to what I saw.

Sleep number Bridgeport did an excellent job helping us select our bed and adjusting our purchase when we decided to upgrade. KC, Chris and Bob are all extremely helpful, excellent listeners, and are customer focused. They provided us with a great experience. I never had any back issues until I started sleeping in our new sleep number bed. Within just a few days of owning the bed my back stated hurting. We tried to return the bed but was told I can only return the bed itself and not the adjustable frame which was the most expensive part of the bed. This bed is very costly $7,000.
