I went there on Monday the 23rd and the cashier didn’t want to take my order and I had a coupon. When we walked in there, there was only two people dinning in. We waited there for 5 min the lady saw us and didn’t tell us anything because we were waiting for our order to be taken. She told me you can order at the self kiosk and I told her well I have a coupon I am not sure how to input in there and she said the kiosk can scan it so then I’m like okay. My mom goes up to her asking her if she can use the bathroom and she cuts her off saying we can order at the kiosk and my mom is like no I have to use the restroom. She opens the bathroom for my mom and while I’m ordering there is not option to input the coupon it just said pay here or pay at the counter and my mom comes back I tell her and she is trying to get the lady’s attention. She sees her and ignores her and I tell her to let’s just go. Another lady passes by she tells us we have to put a code number from the coupon but there was no option at all for that. We ended up leaving because no one was helping and they could have easily taken our order but just told us to order at kiosk. I am not sure if they were understaffed or something but there was only two cars in the drive-thu. There should be a cashier because there are older people who don’t know how to use the kiosks and people with disabilities who don’t understand how these machines work. We went to McDonald’s instead because they had better...
Read moreThe self proclaimed manager of the E.14th San Leandro, Ca BURGER KING would not give me his name when repeatedly asked for it. I came back in this location and told what seemed like a new hire that "the girl with the long brown pony tail that gave me my food kept my credit card". He sheepishly referred me to this person in the picture and the girl came from her duties hearing me and yet not acknowledging my voice or presence.
She walked to the back and he tells me "what color is your card?" And I respond by saying "what color? I was just here 5 minuets ago and she gave me my food and napkins but not my card". He asks me "what is it?" I describe my credit card and he says "okay here". I am now confused at his lack of concern I hear the two women behind me talking, one says that ain't right".
That's not supposed to happen and all you have to say is... here it is? What is your name...? Que my name? Yes, I'm talking to you, wait are trying to act like you do understand what I saying? You don't want to give me your name? I can let your corporate office know that your staff is giving food out before they return there cards...what's wrong with you, why don't you know that isn't right?
Now I have to cancel my card as a precaution.
DON'T TAKE IT FOR GRANTED THAT WE ALWAYS ASSUME THAT FAST FOOD SERVERS FOLLOW THE SAME PROTOCOL...like I did.

Read moreI am a first responder and am currently working in California following the floods. I love what I do. However being on the road all day working out of state has its disadvantages. One of those is finding a clean place to use the restroom. I often will stop at a Burger King to use the restroom and always purchase a soda or fries. It so happen the other day I stopped at the Burger King locatedE 14th St, San Leandro, CA 94578where I met with a locked bathroom door for the first time ever in a restaurant. I went to get the key as I was met with “only if you buy something first”. That is disgusting. When people are older like me and the urge hits you need to go now! Not wait in line to buy food first! Burger King I will be telling all my co workers and posting on social media. You have lost a customer. I will never step foot in one of your restaurants again and I will be contacting corporate. You never know when there is a...
