Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in San Leandro

I paid for a pizza and got the wrong pizza on take out didn’t realize until we got home and once we noticed we call the restaurant. They were very polite on the first go around and told us to stop back by and they’re fix. We informed them we were on a trip for baseball and wouldn’t be able to stop back by until the next day. They had no issue with that and ensured us we’d be taken care of the next day. As they promised. I call the next after noon and was treated horribly by the gal who greeted me over the phone. While she refused to help and kept trying to get me Off the phone when I asked to speak to a manager she said they would call me back if they came to work today and stated this is a common problem. She asked me 21 questions and told me there’s not thing they could do for me. I then asked for her managers name and or supervisors name and she told me the her manager and supervisor have told them not to let people talk to them or have there names. I wasted good money in this establishment for years and will never return. The young gal told me it not her problem she wasn’t there when it happen so yo quit blaming her like it’s her fault. They have no customer service skills and it’s sad to see such a reputable establishment have such horrible customer service. Get it...

The last honest pizza? Not! First time experience was just mediocre. I ordered the Wabo Combo personal pizza and it was so so. Their oven seems to be uneven. The crust was cooked just right but the toppings undercooked. Crunchy vegetables with a pizza? Not my thing. I also got cheated on the artichoke hearts. What I got on my pizza were all tough, fibrous parts of the crown. The actual artichoke hearts were all manually removed as seen in the pictures. I know they are never sold like this. So this is a deliberate act from employees. So where are the hearts? I went over to check the salad bar and they don't serve artichoke hearts. It makes you wonder what they really do with the actual hearts or who ate them. Service was just acceptable. They all work for minimum pay and at the end of the day they all want to go home. The dining area was kept clean. You need a key to use the rest room so that was annoying. There's sufficient parking outside. My next visit here will be when I have no other...

I was racially profiled at this restaurant by Grace. Edwin was trying to withhold the Manager's name and business info for me to file a formal complaint. If you are a person of color please don't give this place your money. I am going to file a formal complaint with the corporate office. Businesses, please train your employees. Dont ask for ID if you are not going to ask others for it, and please do not ask for ID if you are not going to read the information. I accidentally gave Grace the wrong ID with my maiden name on it, she should have recieved my correct ID that matches my name on my bank card. The correct ID was in my wallet. Grace didnt bother asking anyone else for ID or signatures. I caught Grace in her act and when I called her out on her mistake she was embarrassed and didnt apologize.
