DXL Big + Tall — Local services in San Leandro

It's Nov 19,2021 and I went back to DXL for a men's briefs return/exchange at San Leandro store, I needed 1 size smaller, anyhow I just picked my deceased mommas ashes from funeral home wasn't feeling to correct in my mind and so I said hi to security and the man working the floor said hi and how could he help me his name is Rodney at DXL Men's Apparel 9737 I asked if I may sit in thee sofa chair in shoe area for a bit with my situation at hand he did not further approach me giving me the time[about 7 mins] to recover mentally and put mommas passing to the side,when I approached him he said ok sir I have your exchange taken care of. And the man that helped me 9 days earlier with the briefs came from the back his name is Jessie and he said hello but HEY DXL you have 3 great professional team members[include security] working for you at 9737 and patiently working with me ,giving me the space to recover and to finalize a few other purchases and let them know I will return soon. NOTE;I am looking for a lightweight rain jacket something I can move freely about and keep me dry,at this store jackets were to lite in material, they were all black in color and price was not appealing I have jacket but it's a 1st responders to heavy and not for casual dress that's it...

I have been coming here for a while, although its been a minute.I got in about 30 minutes before closing. I had never seen the worker before but seemed like he was just using his phone, never once asked if I needed help. I was trying on shirts and what not, was going to try a few more on when the guy says “im not going to ring you up after 7”. I replied with “oh you cant ring me up after 7”. Ordering online is good but shopping in a real store is better. The guys at San Leandro location are so knowledgeable of the products. Fitting rooms are clean and the hands on approach to shopping is awesome. It’s like I get my own shopping valet there to make suggestions to help me. When making decisions about online vs. keeping stores open keep in mind that nothing beats an in store experience. The San Leandro is by far the best.
