Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

Not a good experience. We were traveling in California and wanted to stop by to eat and also use the restroom since my husband and I were driving for hours , ordered my food from the kiosk and tried to use the restroom and there was a code which is reasonable for the neighborhood we were in . Asked someone who was preparing the food to see if she could give me the code (no one was at the register) I asked politely and the worker acted she didn’t hear me so I asked myself if she really just ignored me or she really didn’t hear me I asked again in a nice way and she just looked at me as if I were asking something out of this world and she had an attitude like if she hated being at work or something which I guess who doesn’t but I mean that’s your job that’s what you settled for atleast have good customer service , she said wait a minute, atleast a few mins passed she didn’t even acknowledge me after that and just had a really bad attitude that unsettled me on why someone would be so rude to something so simple , I had to ask someone to else and she did ended up opening it for me . Worst Taco bell I've been to so far! I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Crunchwrap Supreme meals and 2 Nacho Fries Boxes. Not only did they ask me to pull forward to wait for my order, but they also completed the orders for the cars behind me which led to angry drivers beeping for me to move out of the way. after waiting 10 minutes, I decided to drive on the curb to park in front of the store and move out of the other drivers way. I went inside to pick up my food and mind you my food is just there sitting on the counter. I asked the girl on the counter why I was made to wait while the vehicles behind me didn't and she said it was because they had a small order. Not sure why they didn't just ask me to drive around to the front so I wouldn't block the other cars. So, I get home to eat my food and surprise, my Crunchwrap Supreme's have hardly any meat. They ripped me off and charged me $36.00 for 4 small tacos and 2 nachos! I am so upset and when I called to complain they left the phone and walked away leaving me talking to no one! They knew it was me as I just left! I am a senior and they had me order on the machine even though not 1 soul was in there! I totally know why this store is empty and I will never be back. They are young, disrespectful and ignorant! I hope they all receive the same treatment they gave to me and get ripped off like they ripped me off!
