Rickey’s Sports Lounge — Restaurant in San Leandro

This place is a mess, I left work at 4 to arrive at 4:30 got the Warriors game 4. I was seated by the security staff because Ricky felt people who came early should be seated in the back and not the front. I received 6 of my seats and as soon the game started my seats were given away while I was getting my own drinks due to slow service. When I spoke to Ricky's wife about my seats being taken she brushed it off as if I wasn't a customer who was not local and have always given her establishment complete respect. This women felt it necessary when I explained myself to tell me, "not to be a pain in the ass and take these chairs", the chairs she was speaking of were from a table next to me. Never have I been treated so rude by a business owner. The food is disgusting and the nachos have no meat. The drinks are watered down with incorrect measurements. The food is so bad! The tru too sandwich was cold with cold dipping sauce and the nacho chips were stale. I can't say much more other than this has been my worst experience at Ricky's. I feel they need to let someone with managerial skills run the bar and establishment, it is no longer Rivkys. While he continues to say there are no reservations but he continues to put reserve signs...

Just ate here and although the place does have a lot of cool memorabilia the food and service is garbage. Even though the place was not even half full when we showed up, we didn't get greeted for about 30 min. Ordered fish and chips and when they came out they were still straight up frozen. Did they retry with new food? No, they just refried the same fish so the fries were cold when it came back. Even after it was cooked it was barely edible. Server also forgot an entire order on our table, and the tri tip sandwich was also lukewarm. I would have had another beer, but the server never came back to offer one. After all that the server had the nerve to put auto gratuity on our check even though there were only 4 of us. I realize this is not a fine dining place, but you have got to provide at least a bare minimum of effort. Raiders fans need to find a new place to watch games cuz this place is straight garbage. My review is based on the overwhelming crowd that showed up because of the championship game. My experience was horrible, they did not have it together in the kitchen I waited too long for my food by the time it was served it was cold. I was ignored by one of the bartenders as she chose to serve people She knew it seemed to me, eventually I had to walk away after a few of the people who were tired of waiting walked away. I eventually found a makeshift bar that was at the other side of the building( she was on point and very prompt) which wasn't until the fourth quarter I was ready to leave right after the second quarter. I have been going to this institution for over 20 years and that was the worst I've ever been treated, I would love to recommend this place...
