I have to say, I usually have reservations/anxiety when buying a product online, sight unseen, without being able to check it out in person, especially from a company that I've never dealt with before; it's just impossible to know that the whole experience will live up to my expectations. Well, I'm here to say, that the Natural Mattress Company has, whole-heartedly, earned my complete trust. After a lot of research and online shopping, I found the mattress that I wished to purchase and gave the Natural Mattress Company a call and had the perfect experience (seriously)! The person who answered the phone was a gem. She patiently listened to all of my questions and concerns, and considerately answered them all with solid knowledge and helpful guidance.
