Country Christmas Loft — Local services in Shelburne

Inside is beautiful and truly a magical place. A little disappointed in service. I went into the Shelburne road store at the end of November after Thanksgiving. They had 6 units of kids owl slippers online and in their system (so it said). The slippers couldn't be found while I was in store. I was asked to leave my name and number and would get a call. 2.5 weeks went by with no news. I then reached back out over the phone. The woman told me to order online because those are priority. I realized doing so would cost me more then my purchase. It took me bugging their online chat for over a week to finally get an answer on Dec 19th that they can't be found. I do understand things happen and not everything is perfect. I wish this issue was resolved in a more timely fashion instead I went unanswered for nearly a month and now can't order anything anywhere that will be here for Christmas. Beyond the unseemly wooden doors of the Country Christmas Loft, there's a surprise akin to stepping into a Disney-esque funhouse. Complete with a Christmas village stroll, and hidden rooms of mangers, the Christmas Loft is sure to put even the Grinchiest among us in a bit of holiday spirit. Whether you're shopping for ornaments (though there are other stores with wider selections), lights, stockings, or nutcrackers, there is a little bit of everything hidden in the Loft. There's even a European-themed ski lift for your mantle-top village. The prices are bit unreasonable -- especially for the type and quality of certain items that can be found at other stores. It's easy to forget your bank balance though, when you're dazzled by mini-LED lit trees, charming music boxes, and even a Halloween nook. Staff is jolly enough, and are definitely special folks to be so cheerful every day for ages before Christmas...

This place is great for picking up gift's for the Holiday's or anytime of the year. We make the trip there once or twice a yr from New York. The scenic drive is spectacular as well. The work staff there is alway's helpful & pleasant. It bring's back fond memorie's of our mom who use to love going to ur Xmas Store. So now we carry on the tradition of going back to the Country Christmas Loft Store every year. So it's worth the trip to check it out & you won't be sorry you did.
