I've had good experiences here before, but tonight was not one of them.

Ordered a haddock basket only to receive a box without any haddock, only fries. That's fine, everyone makes mistakes, but when I brought it back 10 minutes later, I was given a different haddock basket that I noticed had already been sitting out on the counter since before I ordered mine (30 minutes prior), even though the lady behind the counter said she "made it for me since she knew I'd be coming back". I wasn't going to argue, but this was definitely not the case, as the food (both the haddock and the coleslaw!) was room temperature and the fries gross and soggy, far colder than the fries in the box from my initial order that I gave back to them. It's likely they just gave me an order that no one had picked up for awhile, as it just after the deli closed.

Totally not ok to give someone ice-cold food that's been sitting out for God knows how long instead of rectifying your mistake and making it fresh again. I know it was the end of the shift but this was really disappointing.
