Over the past 15 years, we have been spent literally thousands of dollars at The Lighting House on lighting fixtures, expensive lamps, and outdoor furniture, wanting to give the local company our business. We have even bought supplies to take to Florida with us for our homes there. Our experience this past fall has left us totally unsatisfied and frustrated. The details are too confusing, but we will not be supporting this company ever again. We feel the owner and manager have been totally unreasonable, leaving us with two kitchen pendant lights (costing over $1,000) that look like something we could have bought at Home Depot, and we still do not have the correct canopy caps. Other than that, the staff are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. and the Hubbardton Forge wrought iron chandeliers my mother bought are stunning.
