The rooms were nice, but I would not stay here again. 1.) I stayed for 2 nights and both nights were like a club in the lobby. The first night there was a DJ until about 10 p.m., which could be a disturbance to guests with families, small children, elderly, and anyone who has to get up early and need to get rest early. The music was so loud, I could barely have a conversation with the front desk staff to check in. She even offered an apology for the loud music. The second night was filled with so many restaurant patrons that it was like walking into a bar/lounge, not a hotel, where you go to rest. The front desk/lobby area is more like a bar/lounge area. I had to wait several minutes to be checked in because one of the tipsy bar guests wondered over to the front desk prior just as I walked in and initiated a casual conversation with the check-in clerk, which she fully engaged in instead of asking him to be excused so that she can assist a guest who was trying to check in after a 16 hour trip across the country. 2.) According to the staff at the front desk there is no common area seating area where paying guests can wait, or take a seat in a seating area, or just sit outside or inside. The only available seating belongs to the restaurant located in the lobby. I was specifically told, "There is not a common seating area." 3.) With the rooms having automated lighting and window treatments, the room did not come with any instructions on how to operate the many buttons in the room and the remote control for the window treatments. It took me forever to locate the button for the window shade, which turned out to be a remote control that was placed next to the television remote on the desk (with no indication as to what the remote was for). Needless to say it took a very long time to get settled into my room, close the shades so that I can prepare for bed, privately. 4.) The hotel charges your preferred payment method for incidentals upfront. If you do not have any incidentals when you check out, they then submit a refund request, which takes 5-7 days to be returned to you. Note: This is not an authorization like most hotels, which resolves in less than 3 business days. With this charge, they did not provide a receipt showing the charge and refund. I had to call because I noticed the additional amount did not "fall off" of my pending transactions, and was a separate charge by the hotel. The reason being is because it was not an authorization of funds, it was, instead an actual charge for incidental charges that were not incurred. When I checked in, they did inform me of an additional amount of $50 in the event of incidental charges, but they did not state, it was a separate charge, which will be refunded. Essentially, it feels like stealing my money and trying to return it before you know what even happened. It was very deceitful and seemed fraudulent. Not only did I not favor the atmosphere and environment, but their business practices and hotel management is a bit off. It seems that the intentions are good, but they tried too hard to attract a certain clientele and is somewhat failing at execution, neglecting important details in customer experience.

Expected a lot better service for $200/night. I was first given a room on the first floor, 2 doors away from a side entrance... it was uncomfortably loud listening to the door slamming repeatedly as customers would regularly use that door to smoke. Which also lead to the strong odour of smoke in my room on top of extremely loud neighbors. After complaining about the noise, front desk moved me to another room. My "new" room was no better... the blinds did not work, food left from the previous customers whom I assume changed rooms due to the blinds not being able to close... beds were taken a part, bathroom towels and hand soap used... so much for sanitation... oh and yet again noisy neighbors whom sounded like they were in my room talking about discriminating and prejudice topics. After completely being disgusted by it all... front desk mentioned there were no other rooms or cleaning service was available, leaving me to sleep on what I judged were clean towels and to get a total of 3hrs of sleep. To top it all off... my colleague and I ate at the in hotel restaurant to both waking up sick, which we believe was from the seafood we had shared. The restaurant manager walked by us several times ignoring us, when finally addressed, she showed no remorse and had complete disregard to our issue. We were not looking for a refund, just merely letting them know something was not right with the seafood for them to investigate before getting others sick. The comment I received was "our staff did everything correctly, I'm sure it was something else you had ate, maybe you should visit a doctor"... complete joke. Hotel management should be ashamed of themselves.

The Cambria Hotel is an absolute gem. From the moment you arrive, you notice how clean, modern, and inviting everything feels. The lobby and common areas are spotless, the rooms are beautifully maintained, and the whole property has a fresh, upscale vibe while still being comfortable. The pool is also pristine and perfect for relaxing after a long day. General Manager Megan Leopoldo sets the standard here. Her leadership shows in every detail, from the warm hospitality of the staff to the smooth way the entire hotel operates. You do not just feel accommodated, you feel genuinely cared for. Adding to the experience is Verona, the hotel’s restaurant, where Executive Chef Salvatore Borgia creates food that is truly memorable. The dining room is as beautiful and clean as the rest of the property, and the food is consistently excellent. Between the spotless hotel, attentive leadership, and a restaurant that rivals the very best, this is a place that delivers on every level. Whether you are staying overnight, hosting an event, or just stopping in for a meal, the Cambria is as good as it gets.

Although the Hotel was or appeared to be the nicer of the two within the vicinity of Cherry Creek Golf Course, as it is a newer property, it is lacking basic amenities which can be found at almost every other hotel in the area such as free bottled water. For starters my Reservation made on May 4, 2025 showed an amount to be charged of $620.26 however I was charged $642.94, $22.68 more than I was expecting to pay for the 3 night stay. I only now see that the reservation made indicated an estimated total but how can this be estimated, I know of NO other hotel chain that pulls this type of Bait & Switch Marketing and frankly this may potentially be illegal. Additionally it's not uncommon for hotels to pre-authorize an amount on a credit card for incidentals but they don't actually charge that amount to your credit card unless you actually used incidentals, however in this case the property charged $50 to my credit card which I see has cleared and now I have to check for the credit to be applied within 5-7 business days. This is unacceptable and IMO wasteful for the property as these charges would incur credit card payment processing fees, rather than a pre-authorization which in the event of cancellation would not incur any fees. The pre-authorized amount would drop off and the guest wouldn't have their credit balance reduced once they have checked out. I have never been to a hotel like this one which appears to cater to wedding parties, showers, and similar events where they have NO breakfast available even though there's a restaurant which is advertised as a higher end Italian restaurant. However it would appear they do serve catered breakfast for wedding parties, which I assume is a set higher priced menu; so to me that's a choice but IMO it leaves a sour taste in the mouths of other guests there where certain guests are treated better than the others as they are able to receive a catered breakfast buffet. My wife & I stayed in one of the 3 suites available at this property, unfortunately it was the one on the 2nd floor in room 220 which did not have good enough insulation to block out the loud noise of the Italian Restaurant below the suite. We could hear muffled talking all night long as if Charlie Brown was in the walls of our suite. Additionally the suite provides a Keurig Coffee machine with some pods but No bottled or filtered water to fill the machine, when I asked at the front desk about it I was told that people just use the tap water in the machines which IMO is appalling for a couple of reasons so we didn't use the Keurig at all. I can go on an on regarding the properties lack of this or that, one of them included the pool being unusable because of poor maintenance and inability of the staff to control the PH levels or lack of staff knowledge regarding booked wedding shuttle the day prior. I don't know whether this property is lacking the staff it needs and just trying to get by with the staff it has or what but my general opinion of the place is that it's lacking and the price paid to stay here is not...

Our stay here was quite underwhelming. For a 4-star hotel, this hotel didn’t even meet expectations. The pillows in the room were stained in what looked like shoe prints (see photos). The headboards were dusty and I had to wipe many areas, including in the bathroom with wipes, not to mention several hairs found. The mini fridge was quite old and dirty. Lighting was probably the best thing in the room. The thing that really upset me was the obvious watered down shower gel. Whoever was cleaning the room and refilling these bottles had filled them up halfway with water, which was gross and extremely cheap! I had previously asked for little toiletries from the front desk, but was told that they didn’t have or provide any which is very odd for a 4-star hotel. Not even gel hand soap but just bar soaps. Towels were okay. I’ve stayed at numerous 2-star hotels and inns that provided complimentary toiletries (good brands even), as well as free breakfast. With the nightly rate here I expected a lot more. Not only that, every time I asked for something like tissue paper or paper cups the response I'd receive was, “I’ll see what I can do.” Um, excuse me? You don’t have basic supplies or what? Let me not start with the very unappetizing breakfast I ordered from their restaurant, which is supposed to be high-end. Not only did “room service” come in a brown paper bag with my food stored to-go (instead of your typical tray), but it was greasy and super bland. If you take a look at the picture, you’ll notice some sliced fried potatoes (which were so oily I couldn’t even finish them) and those were listed on the menu as “hashbrowns.” Since when are thinly sliced potatoes considered hashbrowns? Also, I was charged for an additional side of eggs that I hadn’t ordered, but they later adjusted. Frankly speaking, the best thing about the hotel was that they don’t allow pets. That was the number one reason I had chosen to stay there. But after my unpleasant experience overall, I don’t think I’d go back there or recommend this place. For the price, it’s not worth it. They definitely do NOT deliver a...
