Starbucks — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

I’m sorry but I never leave bad reviews so if I’m leaving this, it means there is something really wrong every single time I come to this specific Starbucks they always mess up my drink and make it taste so disgusting that I can’t even finish it no matter what drink I order. And I’m not even picky. It sucks because you guys are the closest to my house but I always drive farther because every other location seems to know what they’re doing except this one. It’s annoying for you guys to always make the drinks this wrong and disgusting when they are so expensive and I’m not even picky, so if I can’t even finish a drink that means there’s something really WRONG. I am sorry, but I will never come to this location again just because you guys always make the drinks so nasty I’ve never seen anything like this. Staff are friendly, but seem like they don’t know how to make the coffee correctly. The coffee just always is so so wrong and my drinks always taste watered down and old. One time i ordered a apple crisp macchiato and they put so much apple syrup that I almost threw up. whenever I go to the one on Hall Road & hayes or pretty much ANY OTHER Starbucks location except this one they make the drinks taste amazing But this location always messes it up and I’ve been consistently coming to this location for about almost 2 years but now I decided today was the last straw because I’m tired of wasting my money for disgusting drinks. At this point I’d rather go to Tim hortons or dunkin then ever spend my money at this location. Please train your baristas on how to make a correct...

UPDATE yet again! Literally counted 9 employees working and still 25-35 minutes for a mobile order I ordered 15 minutes before I arrived. Just ridiculous management horribly lacks here!!! 4 of the employees just walking around doing NOTHING !! Don’t waste your money here for the cost the return is awful

UPDATE!! Tried again and this place is poorly managed. Dropping it another star. Over 40 minute wait over the time it said my mobile order should have been ready….that’s ridiculous!! 10 employees running around and still can’t make drinks…silly!

I use to love this Starbucks location I would go daily sometimes twice. Now nothing is ever In stock, drinks are made horrible, order ahead still not ready when you arrive at right time, loads of employees but only 2 maybe 3 working rest doing nothing, long delays even with nobody really in store!! Such a shame I really enjoyed going but whoever is running store now...

The food they give is mediocre but that’s expected since they’re a cafe. And I’m not much a coffee drinker, i more so drink tea, but they could upgrade the quality of their tea bags. But that’s on corporate not the individual baristas.

What I like most about this place are the late hours and the availability of outlets for people who want to study or work their without many loud distraction or music which o thoroughly enjoy.

The staff is always very kind. And I’m sure they’re underpaid too. So to people who complain they got an order wrong, just go back and tell them. And they’ll give you what you wanted and the drink they already gave you for free. If you have the receipt, etc.

Mostly the older generation who complains about younger workers being “slow” or “inattentive”. Id like them to try and be a barista for day.
