I Am very disturbed by the constant behavior of the Staff Members at Tim Horton's on 23 mile I either get the wrong orders in Drive thru or Cold Breakfast Sandwiches I was recently told to lay my money on the counter , I asked why and while she gave me no eye contact she said that she preferred customers don't touch her hand, I canceled my order and left, they are either rude, some do not hide their racism not all of them are like that, but at this particular Area I have problems , today was the last straw, the plain donuts were stale and hard I ordered a biscuit bacon egg and cheese combo I got cold cheese with slightly frozen egg and a very soggy hash brown because I didn't have time to go back this time I called on my break and was told to hold on and they hung up twice, I do not have this problem on the weekend when I visit any other Tim Horton's, This Tim Horton's is two minutes from my Job, that is why I was going but the kicker is when I viewed the sandwich after biting into a cold sandwich no bacon was in it all, last week I received a half of slice of bacon on my sandwich when I question it I was told to write a complaint because this is what they give, yet the other Tim Horton's confirmed this wasn't true, I have been a loyal customer for three years go everyday and the weekends, but this one on 23 mile in Shelby Township will never get my or my coworkers business again, they are very openly arrogant...
Read moreIf I had an opportunity to rank it negative 5 stars I would. I go to this Tim Hortons every Sunday before church. My son loves the wraps and my wife says it's the best coffee. But what happened today has my family and I never going to that one ever again. I was ordering food and before I was done ordering they totalled my order. When I told them I wasn't done ordering I received a rude reply of well keep going then!! No I'm sorry just rudeness. So when I called the store to complain which I rarely do, it was the same person who answered the phone. I asked for the manager and they said they were. When I explained how upset I was I got silence then an I'm sorry and more silence. I repeated my upsetness because I was thinking if this "was" the manager he would be more sympathetic. But all I got next was oh maybe they thought you were done because you were quiet(Trying to defend them!!!)... they never asked me If my order was complete or of I wanted anything else. Terrible customer service and didn't care they were rude. If that really was the manager and they were rude the store owner is going to have a big problem on their hands. My family and I will never go to that Tim Hortons on 23 mile in front of the Walmart in Shelby...
Read moreI visited this 23 & Hayes location on 2/16/18 around 11:00am. I ordered 40 piece tim bit and it was jammed into a 20 piece box. I asked girl that handed me order if she could redo since donuts had all been smashed and broken. She kindly said she could fix it. I checked after she handed me donuts in new box and realized they were just dumped into the correct size box. When I explained I wanted new donuts since several tim bits were smashed an older gentlemen with an accent interrupted and started abruptly yelling at me they are new donuts and you didn’t even pay the right price. I can’t even recall every rude thing he was yelling cause I was beyond upset at his behavior. I stood in complete disbelief that this man was yelling and accusing me of not even paying for a 40 piece. Which by the way the girl explained I did. At this point I just left. You can’t reason with crazy. I never write reviews but I am so appalled at this mans behavior I felt compelled to. This is not the first time I have revieced poor customer service or incorrect orders from this location but I can assure you it will be the last time because I will NEVER go...
