The Vermont Suites — Hotel in South Burlington

Stayed 2 nights while on a bike tour through the area. Check-in is on-line only and is a bit cumbersome and time consuming, so I suggest doing it in advance. When I finally received my room number and key code, I entered the room to find that it had not been cleaned or made up since the last guest departed. I then had to call and wait for the property manager to come (didn't take long) and give me a different, cleaned room The new room was very clean, had a nice little kitchenette and large flatscreen TV. The bathroom was small, but ok otherwise. The entire facility appears to have been remodeled so everything is relatively new. Aside from the issues at check-in, my only other small complaints are 1) the door to the room has 2 windows which allow the outside lights to shine in during the night (I needed to cover them with a towel in order to sleep, and 2) supplying coffee would be a nice touch. Overall, my stay was fine, and the rates were reasonable for the area, and I would not hesitate...

I am presently trying hard to find another place this place don't worth the price, no washer or dryer no cleaning stuff to clean, nowhere to put my clothes i have been living out of my suitcase since I got to this place only 1one burner for cooking, no one should stay at this place for more than a week really and truly not convenient, when I rented for the first week i was told it's $465 per week when I went to pay for 2 two more weeks i was told they charging $27 for using my debit card and it's $60 plus per night, now everything is so confusing when I first saw the add on furnished finder it did say $1,860 as soon as I moved in it changed to $2000 with no additional amenities and they didn't want to take the payment by the month, if anyone thinking of renting there keep your eyes open, when I moved in my room the bathroom was dirty i have to call for them to clean it before I...

Overall a great value on a small but clean and well-appointed room, would love to stay here again.

No contact check in was easy and great; property owner was immediately available when I had an issue figuring out the room's keypad.

Rooms are recently updated, and they did a great job maximizing the small space. Comfy bed and pillows. Great A/C, and was much needed on a warm day.

A few things could make this place better: *Towels are thin and small, better towels would be a cheap way to majorly upgrade the experience. *Great blackout curtains (yes!!) but no coverings over the opaque door windows. Again, easy and cheap fix to enable full black-out. *Hair dryer didn't work in room 10, tripped the dryer's internal circuit breaker every time I turned it on,...
