Photos on their website are NOT up to date, the parking lot looks very disheveled. The atmosphere is dark, out dated, dirty and disappointing. The last time we ate there was about five years ago, pre COVID....I did not recognize it, the building needs a lot of TLC. Chipped paint on walls throughout, dirty menus, dirty work station for patrons to view while being seated. The food was ok, nothing to brag about...the only saving grace was our waiter who was friendly and attentive. The owner, if not living in the area, should make a point of visiting....once a stellar restaurant is now in need of a major overhaul...inside and out.

First time I’ve left a review. I travel for my job and am in a different state every week. I just had the worst dining experience in my life. I had to get my own salt and pepper from another table. I had to ask for napkins. No request for refill so I had to ration my drink. Only question I was asked by the waitress was if I was ready for the check. “Prime Rib” was the WORST excuse for prime rib I’ve ever eaten. Will NEVER return. You can see from the picture, if anyone knows prime rib, it’s not supposed to bend your fork. The center was the only semi edible portion and you can tell by looking at it, it barely was

Omg Brett Mulliss and I just had the best dinner from a restaurant ever. If anyone is looking for fantastic food, great service and plenty of leftovers to be able to bring home you absolutely must try The Rotisserie Restaurant on Williston road. The prime rib was to die for and the amount they serve you is enough for 2 people.. The potato skins by far are the best I've ever had, the skins where not dry hard and chewy they where crisp but tender, absolutely amazing.. We can't recommend this place enough and look how thick this prime rib is compared to my thumb..

Our waiter/host was wonderful. He was a lot of fun, very personable and attentive. Our app was Escargot, something neither of us had tried before so we decided to give it a whirl. It seemed to taste ok ( we really have nothing to compare it to, but we'd still consider it decent). Unfortunately our entrees left much to be desired. The shrimp scampi my fiance had included tomatoes and mushrooms, which monopolized the flavor, and the sauce tasted extremely bland and unlike anything we've ever had in this dish. No taste of garlic or any other typical scampi flavorings, we were pretty disappointed. I had a simple hot turkey sandwich with gravy. The turkey was in large chunks and incredibly (cause someone to choke) dry, the bread it was on tasted yeasty and burnt, and the gravy was so disgusting I really have no words to describe it. We explained to our waiter what the issues were and he was very understanding. We didn't ask to have anything "comped" but thought that when both dishes were returned practically full and untouched a minor discount might be given. Nope. We asked to speak to the manager (owner) if he was available, but we were told he was busy (must've been from to-go orders because we didn't see any other customers there). We paid out $43, not including tip, and left. Honestly if the owner had come out for just a minute or if we had been given something of a discount for 2 inedible meals we would consider going back, but as it stands today was the last time we go to Rotisserie. 2 stars for what we assume was decent escargot and a really...

I went with my family to Rotisserie in Burlington, and I won't ever be back. The entrees are sizable and worth the price, just as long as they're cooked well. I ordered the chicken marsala, which looked great and smelled wonderful, but the chicken was overcooked and dry. My daughter ordered the nachos and she did her customization for toppings based on what the menu included. To everyone's surprise, the nachos came out loaded with things she would have opted out of had she seen it in the description on the menu. Neither of us ate what we ordered, mine being cooked improperly and hers having ingredients she doesnt like to eat (she's 10). Once I addressed this with the waitress, she quickly became rude, and came back without a solution that was appeasing. I requested to speak with the manager (very Karen of me, I know). I explained to him everything that I stated above, but he only offered to take the nachos off the bill and 10 dollars off my entrée. The chicken marsala was 21 dollars and change, and I ate only a few bites before I realized there was no portion of the meal I was going to enjoy eating, not based on taste preference, but solely on how it was cooked. Something to keep in mind is that the chef is also the manager of this establishment. Also, pictured is a framed picture on the wall with an extensive amount of times worth of dust caked onto it. The table I sat at was clean. The bar area seemed nice. If you want to spend around 20 dollars for a meal, I'd bring your...

This place is great and sucks at the same time. From the moment you walk in, it's insanely loud and you're left at the hostesses desk until you finally get noticed from across the room. We were seated in a section that was absolutely full. Way too crowded while the rest of the restaurant was completely empty. Then, the waitress was rushing us as soon as sat down. When we asked for a minute to look over the menu, she said yes and was very friendly but didn't return for almost an hour. My husband and I ordered some appetizers, which were SO GOOD. We ordered our entrees when the appetizers arrived. This took almost another hour to be ready but I accidentally left my silverware on the salad plate. When my waitress glanced my way from the next table, I asked for a fork in which she said she would get for me... I'm waiting upon this fork while my chicken got incredibly soggy. She passed by to return to the same table about 4 times before asking if I still needed a fork. Meanwhile, my glass of water has been empty for over an hour and a half. IDK if all of the waitresses are as awful but we were in the restaurant for almost 3 hours total. I would recommend the truffle fries, stuffed mushrooms and the chicken cordon bleu.... If you have the patience to last long enough to try the food. The truffle fries were absolutely amazing! In fact they were godly. Also Groupon hooked it up. I guess the trade...
