If I could it be NO STARS. They lack everything especially customer service skills. They're rude. They hide in the back people just so they don't get yelled at. I've gave them a few unnecessary chances. Last two were beyond horrible, I have a ZTE Xmax pro phone and it was faulty the "store manager" and another employee established this and ordered me a new phone. Over a week later I never got a call that my phone came in until I called myself, few days later I went in sat around for over half an hour and was told they weren't gonna switch out my phone because the so called manager failed to read an email on how to fix it and when I told them I had a phone that was ordered and is here and they need to switch it out because none of thats my fault. I got laughed at until I left the store. Second time they didn't want to accept my money for the phone bill and was told to come back later um no I'm gonna go to another store and pay my phone bill. There were three employees behind counter and they did not even acknowledged the customers waiting for quite some time to at least greet them or Hello.. or “ I’ll be right with you shortly”.
I was being helped in the counter ...by a lady name Alicia. The two other employees had no other customer. Why did they not acknowledge the customers waiting in line? These employees appear to be young high school kids with poor customer service skills.
The owner or manager needs to teach their employees better professional work ethics.
Now I have to drive all the way back to retrieve my receipt. When I called to confirm .. they responded “ oh I don’t know what happened cuz I wasn’t the one to help you!” They need to take ownership and...

I ported two phones over and activated 4 lines for their deal for our family. I had to surrender my Driver's license where they entered all my data and took a photo with their work iPad. I was asked if I wanted the 4 lines for $100 which I replied yes.
At the end of the session of inputting data (Took an entire hour), he told me the total which I didn't think much of because I thought it was for fees and taxes. After leaving the store and getting home, I realized that the receipt showed $37 service payment per phone.
I then went into my account online to realize that he charged me $120 for 4 lines and $6 premium handset protection as well as $1 unlimited directory assistance. He made no mention of these items in store and even asked me if I wanted the 4 lines for $100.
