Management and the employee who took my order could use improvement in making sure all customers get their order. I waited in a line that went out the door on 12-8-2020 and placed my order at 12:34pm by the waiter Marilin, approximately 30 minutes past noticing everyone elses that was in line before and after me have their number and order called. I asked the employee who was calling out numbers to see if he could check on my order, which his paraphrased response was "they're working on it". Several more minutes past, and noticing a wave of new people already picking up their order that was in line. I got back in line and was able to request a refund at 1:14pm at which point the manager/supervisor started asking his employees about the order and what happened but did not seem they had an answer or own up to a mistake on their end. They did not offer anything for waisting 40 minutes of my time other than a refund. You are better off going to the other Popeyes location just approximately less than 2 miles away, grabbing KFC, or making fast food at home and still have more time waiting for an order that was lost. This last time was the last straw. I placed my order 30min in advanced just in case. I get a “ready for pickup” notification about 10min later. I get to the pickup station and show them my details. They proceed to pick up my order ticket from the rail, read it, realize they don’t have anything ready, come back and tell me that my order will be ready in about 30min. I then had to go through the app to cancel my order.
Completely unacceptable. What is the point of ordering in advance. Unfortunately, I cannot go back to this location for this reason.

When I arrived at the nearby location to pickup my order, there were several customers already in the restaurant. Order numbers were being called out as food was ready. After not hearing my name for 10mins of waiting, I walked up to the counter and informed them that I was waiting for a takeout order. They filled my order immediately, and I was able to leave. Make a note of that, if you've ordered from their app for takeout - you need to make yourself known at the window. I was pleasantly surprised with the chicken sandwich.
