Firehouse Subs Crossings On Main — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Food is amazing but that's where it ends .. Staff is awful I called about not getting pickle spears with our sandwiches which we DID NOT GET!... No one there could help except to say come down and get them. Also used app to get 50% off first online order or use within a week inside to get the discount. Did NOT work on app so no % off. Called and tried to talk to a manager.. supervisor..or a boss. And was informed they work as a " team" no boss. And I said this is why someone should be there to answer my questions and concerns. He offered no information on online app or compensation. I wouldn't go and get the pickles for fear of no telling what they would do to them before giving them to me. After he had gotten smart about talking "that way" on the phone. Not sure what that was about. This company needs to fix issues case and point why there should b a management person their. We have only been there twice and probably won't go again because of this situation. Would have been happy to place another on phone and get the 50% off and missed pickles from previous order today ..but that was never...

I used to LOVE this location but the past 2 times I have went they prepared my order wrong, they barely put any meat on the sandwhich or they prepare the food prior to your arrival time you have lister and when you pick it up it's cold. The time before last my sub was wrong and had all the toppings I said I didn't want on it and the others almost had no sauce and that is with me putting extra sauce on the order. I ordered 3 brisket the last time and they didn't have meat on atleast 1/4 of it and where there was meat it was so thin that it looked like they spread it out so it barely covered the top of the bread. $50 for 3 subs like that just made me upset when I drove 30 minutes home to find that. I usually or 3 to 4 subs and there prices are already too high for the quality they are providing. I will be going to the shelbyville location instead since they are friendlier and prepare food correctly. Keep in mind it takes ALOT for me to write any negative reviews and after wasting this much money the past 2 times I think something...

Ive seen people who dont care about their job with zero urgency at the fact people are waiting for their food but this place takes the cake. Ordered 2 med subs on a Monday @4:42 pm with a party of four in front of us. I received my order at 5:04pm and they had 4 people and a manager behind the counter. One person making food, one kid eating food not sure what be was eating then he made something with the same gloves. Then him and the other boy went and helped themselves to some drink brought back behind where the subs are made all while we are still waiting for our subs. The manager made several trips out from the back to the front and never made our food. No worries.we wont ever be back to this location. Also asked what kind of bread we wanted one was supposed to be wheat and wasnt also I had to ask for pickles after we finally...
