Tonight was one in my 20 years of serving customers I have never seen. Let me start by saying we were in the store for over an hour back to school shopping when their register's went out. That was no problem they are located in prime location so we asked to leave our buggy full of over $300 worth of items and we would be back once their register's come back up. We told a lady I believe Caylee or Kylee (not sure name) and she stated she would need to ask manager. We stood there waiting another 10 minutes for an answer. We pushed our buggy to front and said we would be back on e register comes back up. We leave for less than 15 minutes we call to check and the lady stated they were down but we could pay cash. I sent my niece over to grab buggy while we went right across parking lot to our bank for cash. She called stating that the chick above got smart and rude with her stating that they put our $300 worth of stuff back (in 15 minutes). So my mother went in and spoke with manager Heather and my mother was told it wasn't their responsibility to hold items. What the heck it was your fault we couldn't pay and no one ever told us to pay cash. We could had simply ran and grabbed cash while my niece stood with our items. My mother was livid and she had every right to be. Heather was rude and disrespectful. You should be ashamed to ever had put her in management. She was nasty with poor taste in how she treated my mother. Yes we still turned around and spent $200 because my kids wanted their stuff. In the experience I did meet a very nice worker there named Karen. She told the manager we were coming back and Heather didn't care and made her put all of our stuff back. She walked around the store with us helping find out kids shoes, book bag and clothes. She was very kind and sweet. She put a smile on my kids face. I really do think you need to evaluate your staff here. The manager Heather doesn't belong in this industry but Karen should be promoted. She didn't have to help but she did. Karen I don't know if you will ever read this but my child came home so excited you helped her find all her shoes. She said that you were so amazing in helping us. I hope God bless' you in everything you do. People like you deserve the biggest honors in life and I am sorry you had to endure working under such a nasty lady. I may never cross your path again but the smile you gave my sweet girl when helping find her stuff was the best thing ever. Thank you so much Karen .... As for Ross' of Spring Hill I hope you do something about how Kaylee (or whatever her name was) and Heather because their Customer...
Read moreVery disappointed to hear the way my 63 year old mother was treated. She came in the store from another store where she had purchased some things, so as she came in Ross she wanted to make sure she was doing the right thing by asking if she needed to leave her bag upfront? The Hispanic lady at the front was real rude to her and acted like why are you asking me this?? My mother then proceeded to look at some earrings that were close to the front of the checkout line, and one of the workers friends was in the line started being rude and getting loud saying Oh see they think the can just move to the front of the line and do anything they want . Meanwhile everyone else in line clearly knew she wasnât in line she was looking at earrings and told her not to worry about that lady. She continues to be ugly and her and the lady that worked there began to converse back and forth in Spanish staring at her trying to intimidate her. This makes me so sad to hear how people can work at a place and treat people this way especially through these tough times. Thatâs absolutely no customer service! My poor mother was so upset she doesnât even want to go shopping anymore. I pray someone will see this and do something about it so no one else is...
Read moreI spent $300 + on furniture & other large items in the store for my home. My problem was with employees. Of course they told me I couldn't take a buggy out to load all this stuff (but just last week I had purchased a lot & an employee brought me a buggy that I could take to load my car.) That was ok though. I figured with a little help I could pull to the front & load the car in no time. Right? Wrong!! I was told I couldn't pull in front of the store & NONE of the 4 employees standing around offered to help me. It was noonish on a weekday & they were all standing around literally doing nothing! They all just WATCHED me struggle to carry big boxes, shelves & other large items ONE by ONE to my car! In ONE month I spent over $1000 on items to redecorate my home in this store who's employees obviously have no concept of customer service!!...
