Not happy with our last two experiences at all. First was through DoorDash, our order was a joke - sandwiches on completely wrong bread, with literally 1/3 of normal filling amount. We were able to get a refund through DoorDash but still not happy about the experience. We figure we'll try again so I go through the drive-thru. I ordered 3 items. 2 sandwiches and a bread bowl of soup. She takes my card, comes back and tells me they don't have the ingredients for one sandwich (it was an extra unnecessary item) so I'm like that's cool, whatever. She says I'm not going to be charged for it and asks if I would like anything else. I don't need it, so I just said no thanks. She brings the food back, tells me she added a grilled cheese sandwich I didn't ask for as a way to 'make up for being out of the sandwich I ordered' I ask again to be sure I wasn't charged and she assures me I wasn't. I just looked at my statement and was charged for all items... I tried calling to speak to a manager and got no answer. It automatically hung up on me after it rang forever. I would love to be contacted about this matter since I was lied to by an employee. Also never got a receipt and was never...
Read moreThe food is always good but the staff is poorly manner. I wanted my soup in a bread bowl and it wasn't served like I wanted. When I asked the employee for the bread bowl, she proceed poorly, and snatched the tray from the counter and poured my soup in the garbage. Then she served me on a bread bowl and barely put any soup in my bread bowl. I went and back to the front counter, and paid for another cup of soup. Panera requires a mask while entering the restaurant, but they are not sanitizing the tables once the patrons are leaving. My friend and I observed four different people seated on the same table without being sanitized. Once we saw the 5th set of patrons on their way to seat on the same table. We told them they were the #5th seating there without the table being sanitized since the first person left. There you have it! Panera requires mask to enter their restaurant once you are in, you don't really know if your table has ever been a sanitized. No one was cleaning the tables. I never saw anyone cleaning. I was there for a...
Read moreWENT TO THE NEW PANERA BREAD IN SPRING HILL AND WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED. THE STORE WAS DIRTY, THE KIDS NEXT TO ME VERY VERY LOUD AND THEIR PARENTS DIDN.T CARE. A 10.00 SANDWICH WAS A DISGRACE. ONE EGG, HALF SLICE OF CHEESE AND A PIECE OF SO CALLED STEAK YOU COULD SEE THRU. ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAD THE NERVE TO ASK FOR A TIP AT THE REGISTER. THE WAITRESS THREW IT ON THE TABLE WITH A FROWN AND TOLD ME TO ENJOY IT. WHEN SHE WENT BACK TO THE KITCHEN THE STORE MANAGER WAS BELITTLING HER IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. HE WAS STANDING RIGHT IN BACK OF ME AND WAS LOUD. A CUSTOMER ASKED FOR SOMETHING AFTER HE HAD PAID FOR IT AND THE MANAGER TOLD THEY WERE OUT AND SAID HE COULD GET SOMETHING ELSE OR GET HIS MONEY BACK. THE MANAGER CONTINUED A NON STOP BARRAGE AT THE SHIFT LEADER AND I FELT LIKE TELLING HIM OFF. THE ONLY THING GOOD WAS THE COFFEE. THIS STORE IS A DISGRACE. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I,VE EVER BEEN TO A PANERA BREAD AND IT WILL BE THE LAST. AND ALSO I WILL CONVEY THIS STORY TO ALL THAT WILL LISTEN. GOODBYE...
