Verlo Mattress — Hotel in St. Charles

Let me begin by saying I don’t usually write reviews, not because I don’t like to I just always seem to be so busy with life lol. This time though I absolutely had to write one!! From the moment I walked into the Verlo mattress store in St. Charles I immediately felt at ease. Jeff greeted me with a warm smile and I could tell he was truly interested in helping me find a bed just for me. He was super knowledgeable but also engaged with me as a real person. He took the time to get to know me. I had explained the current Verlo I was sleeping on had lasted at least 20 years but my sleep had become impacted as its time had come to get a new one. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing that first night of sleep and all the nights thereafter have been. I actually love just watching tv in my Verlo bed. When it came to delivery Caleb and Pablo took out the old one and replaced it with the new mattress efficiently and carefully. As it was, Verlo was having a promotion in which they were making pet beds for their clients as a gift. Unfortunately the pet bed did not make it on the truck. We were disappointed but figured we would just go to the store and pick it up ( the store is about a half hour from my house). Well Pablo and Caleb had already called Ethan the manager at the store to tell him what had happened. Within minutes my phone was ringing and it was Ethan. He immediately apologized and told me one of his service people or himself would deliver it to us that day. He was so incredibly understanding and even though it is a pet bed he treated it as if it was a bed itself. He called a little later and apologized that they were not able to make it out due to having one of the managers out that day and he was running the show by himself. At this point I was completely fine with that as he had been so determined to help us out. At this point I was so happy with the customer service I told Ethan not to worry I could come get it later. Ethan felt so bad that he literally drove to our house the next day on a Sunday to deliver the pet bed personally. I can’t think of a time when I have had such an amazing experience with a company and its employees. The Verlo brand is one of a kind from the employees to the incredible craftsmanship of the beds they make. I can’t recommend this store enough or the brand!! We recently needed to upgrade our daughter’s mattress as she grew out of her old mattress. I thought I was making the right decision purchasing a mattress off Amazon. The mattress had great reviews. We received the mattress and it was hard as a rock and causing our daughter to wake in the middle of the night.

I decided to give Verlo a call. I spoke with Michael and told him what happened and what I was looking for and expressed my urgency. He invited us into the showroom to further discuss and try out the different mattress options.

We showed up at Verlo and Michael had the showroom all ready for us and really made us feel comfortable about the buying decision we were about to make. He made the entire process enjoyable and seamless. He was kind, genuine, and really focused on helping us find the right fit. Not only was the process enjoyable but the showroom and area where they manufacture the mattresses was spotless.

We ended up purchasing a mattress that night that our daughter loves. It was delivered in just a few days later. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Our daughter is back to sleeping good.
