Customer service was very bad at this Salon today. Appointment at 1:30 for 1 fill and 2 dips arrived at 1:15, left at almost 4. They left my daughters soaking the no chip for over an hour, there nails were hurting I told them to remove the acetone from them since so much time had passed no one listened I finally took the acetone off myself. Many people came in after us and they took them finished their nails and they left while my two daughters were still waiting to get their nails done. People coming in at 2:30 for appointments were finishing before they even started my daughters. I asked many times who will do there nails, we had an appointment at 1:30 it was 3 when they finally started my daughters nails. Her cuticles were all red and she was in pain from them leaving the acetone on for so long. She couldn’t even get her nails dipped because they hurt so bad. They kept bouncing my daughters from one person to the next. I was a loyal customer and couldn’t believe the way we were treated. We will definitely not return, and I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon. When I picked a red glitter for my nails and the nail tech put it on it was salmon color, I told her the one I picked was red this was a different color, she snapped at me and very loudly said that’s what you picked and she couldn’t do anything about it, I asked her it’s just 2 nails just put the red color over it, the owner told her something in there language and then she stopped yelling and put the red nail color over it. I told them how disappointing the experience today was. If you are looking for a nail salon to care about the customer do yourself a favor and...
Read moreI took my girlfriend to V Star Nail Spa for a special day. She loves to get her nails done and has been to many nail salons in the area. We have been to this salon one time before for a pedicure, and it went great! However, the last time we went here was the worst nail experience she has had before. We did not have an appointment, but we ended up waiting a very long time. This can be understandable depending on the amount of people in the salon, but there was only one other customer in the store getting her nails done. We ended up just sitting in a chair, watching more people (who also didn’t have appointments) after us come in, sit down, and get their nails done. We waited about half an hour before even getting started, but this wasn’t the worst part. My girlfriend asked for dip nails, and while the nail tech was drilling her nails they drilled way to far and cut her cuticles. At the end of the appointment, a technician wiped her cut and bleeding cuticles with an acid—which was NOT cuticle oil. Eight of her fingers were bleeding and she suffered serious pain even days after. But, it gets even worse. Just a few days later, her nail had a chip in it. Now, a week later since she got her nails done, there are numerous chips and cracks in her nails. On top of this, the technician was completely unable to get the design she wanted in the first place. As stated before, we’ve been to many different nail salons, each with their own faults—but this was simply unacceptable. I wanted to mention something during the nail appointment but the my girlfriend was too scared and in...
Read moreMy daughter and I had pedicure appointments together. It was busy but we got seated. However my daughter's chair was broken, so not happy about that. Polish selections very messy, no order. They gave us books with colors that read "no chip" My tech said my choice would be to clear so I picked another, then I didn't like it and chose another from the book. The tech was nice, however very vigorous with the massage. My feet hurt when I went home. She also got too close to cutical so when applying polish remover and other, it burned so bad and she was always getting up to do other things and make phone calls. Also, turned out I didn't get "no chip". Her name was Vivian. My daughters tech was great. Angel was her name. Nice job with all and got the no chip. Now on their menu, it showed deluxe pedi at $50. It didn't show a price for no chip, which we kinda thought it's included since that was the color books they gave. We asked, isn't mine no chip" and got a no. They charged my daughter $70. Seriously $20 more for using some portable light thing. We tipped generously. We were shocked, especially when there wasn't a price on the menu for that. Made us feel like they just charge what they feel like. As much as they were ok in certain aspects, we still won't return. We chose the salon from other nice reviews. I doubt they will care but I felt I should give a different...
