We purchased a rather high dollar mattress and adjustable frame for my snoring husband with back issues. I have to say that there was no pressure and we went back in twice. My husband first who told him his issues and was shown multiple options. Than he hauled me in me to help make a decision. We could not have had better service from Michael and Stephanie. They truly know what they are doing and aren’t “pressure” salespeople. In fact, they actually gave us many options from high, medium, to least expensive. We have have had our last BeautyRest mattress for 20 years so I know they are a quality mattresss and I did end up purchasing the high end mattress with a 900 adjustable frame. Surprisingly, it’s coming tomorrow which was another plus because we thought with all the Covid shipping issues it would take some time. If your looking for friendly, informative, and no pressure pushing salespersons than I highly suggest Michael and Stephanie. They are a wonderful team and we were lucky to get a few perks because it was Labor Day. Yes, we spent about $5k however I have bought 4-5 mattresses over the last 4 yeasts and none Jane stood up to a year. Stick with beautyrest. Went in the store and was assisted by the store manager Mesfin who goes by Mess. He seem cool and everything sounded good so we purchased a Tempur-pedic. When it arrived, we only got one side of the king size flat foundation. Was told by the delivery guys that that’s all they had at there warehouse and the other side would get deliver in a day or two. I decided to call the store two days later to make sure my order was coming. Spoke to Mess again. He explained that it was his fault for only ordering 1 side of the flat foundation and I would have to go in the store and buy the other side. Coming on! You’re a store manager and you knew what you did wrong. Try to say you gave me the bed cover and foundation for free. Then now I can’t even enjoy my bed until I buy the other side of the foundation. Couldn’t even offer me anything for messing up my order. A place that is suppose to be great and that customers can trust. I don’t think I can go back and trust Mattress Firm anymore. Today I went into mattress firm because I’m moving and needed a new mattress. I have to say I am so impressed with my visit. Michael (Stockton California) was professional, friendly and courteous. Went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t even have room measurements. I was completely unprepared. He also had a lot of knowledge about the type of mattress that would work best for me based on the things I told him. But he let me try so many mattresses and didn’t seem the least bit bothered. I still had a few extra steps and I drove home and measured my room. After a few more text messages to Michael asking for more advice I finally made the purchase. He went way above and beyond in my opinion as far as customer Service. Great store!! Great guy ! And I felt completely satisfied with my purchase. .
