Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Stockton

I was in Stockton all day with my sister and on our way home we decided to stop for pizza. We tried calling this establishment from the parking lot to order so as to limit our time inside the restaurant. The phone rang several times then somebody answered it and I could hear them talking in the background... then they are hung up on me. I called back and the same thing happened. Again we tried calling while walking into the restaurant and watched the kid at the front counter hit the on button continue his conversation with his friend for a while and then click it off while we were inside the restaurant. I told the kid that I was the one that was calling and didn't appreciate that he continued to hang up on me. He said that it wasn't him that it must have been somebody in the back. We told him that we'd like to order a pizza and my sister jokingly said we would like to have it delivered to the car... he asked for our address and my sister asked him why he needed our address and he said so that he could deliver it. All during the time he was "helping" us he continued to have a conversation with his friend about testosterone. I said oh my gosh she was kidding and he said he didn't appreciate the humor. At this point I asked to speak to the manager and the kid looked at me and said, May I help you? I said,yes, "I'd like to speak to the manager" and again he said, "may I help you?"I said are you telling me you're the manager? He said yes. I then decided theto leave as I would never want to order anything or eat any pizza from this restaurant knowing havethey have a manager who continually hangs up on patrons, is rude to people, and talks about inappropriate things to his friends while people are in the restaurant. I could just imagine the care that they take in cleanliness while making food... The "managers" name was Andrew. The worst customer service I've ever...

I went in today which is a Sunday there was only one group of people in a party and no other people at the tables , I placed an order which came to 60 dollars total , while placing my order I wanted to order a cheese pizza which was to total over 20 dollars for a Cheese only pizza . They had a special running for a triple pepperoni pizza for 17.99 . So I told the cashier that I would order the special minus the pepperoni . The other cashier butted in and said if the other manager was there they would not allow it and that they only allow you to remove 1 or 2 ingredients. That being aside I picked up my order I asked for some ranch dressing and they told me it was 1.09 per little portion cup . I replied “ dude I just spent 60 bucks on pizza “ ! The guy replied to me he would not give me some , “ It’s their policy “ I said to him “ I get them every time I have come here and that have been to other Round tables and they don’t charge “. He refused , I just purchased 60 bucks worth of pizza. For 2 pizzas and a flat bread , When I got the pizza the quality was sub-par for round table . The flat bread was over cooked and the hard as cardboard and was only topped with the very center with only a scant amount of toppings. I ordered a cheese pizza and it looked like a toddler had sprinkled cheese on it , it was all crooked and misshaped . . I also ordered a a third pizza which was medium in size and the quality on it was acceptable. I say barley acceptable because the toppings were sparse . I’m not sure what was up with the place this particular night but they were off the mark . Normally people goto round table for quality product , and I have usually gotten it here ,...

On 12/22/19 I ordered 2XL and 1 personal pizzas on line..spent $90.00. my son picked up the order. He got home 1 pizza missing..and toppings missing on the others. I called the store to asked what happened..they put me on hold, then hung up on me. I proceeded to go to the store to see whst the problem was. and /or get my money back.The store is terribly dirty..and the floor is sticky when you walk in. I then asked the supervisor for the managers phone # to share my concerns with the service..and of course they told me they didn't have it. I have been going to this Round Table Pizza for years since it is close to my neighborhood. Whomever is managing it now should be ashamed of the service they now provide. This was my final straw dealing with this Round Table. I didn't mind spending a little more for pizza when I got the service to go with it. So much for that!..they will not get another dime from me! I will not be returning to this establishment. consumers beware.. Ohhhh and by the way it will take 4 to 5 business days for my money to be returned to my debt card!!🤬 Thanks for nothing Round Table Pizza, store #929 on Trinity Parkway in...
