Target — Local services in Stockton

It's a shame what shopping online has done to many stores. I walked in today with my daughter to shop for an outfit for her class pictures and found that they have only a few racks of clothing. We walked out immediately without nothing. Last few times I've walked in to look for business pants for work, I've found none because there isn't enough clothing in the store. Us old schoolers still want to SEE, TOUCH, TRY ON and SHOP INSIDE the store Target!

Good morning Ernesto, to be honest, the transitioning into Fall clothing has nothing to do with it. As I mentioned, I hardly visit Target but I've noticed a decline in available clothing for everyone, not just children's sizes the past few years. I'm sure online shopping has something to do with this but stores should take into account that there are very many of us "old-school" people that don't do any type of online shopping and like to shop inside an actual store. It's very frustrating to go and never find what you are looking for. My daughter and I had maybe 7-10 SMALL racks of limited clothing to look at and 2 racks of clothes that were on clearance. I went and looked for business clothes for my self (pants in particular) and found just a few, got frustrated and left for additional stores in that area. Target seems to be getting bigger in the produce area, trying to be a Walmart now with prices much higher than them. At Walmart, at least I always find what I need. It's the main reason I hardly go into Targets anymore, it's a waste of my time when I can't find what I need at good prices.

I went in to purchase a new tinted moisturizer for summer. I was planning to buy the shade darker than what I currently owned (CoverGirl BB in light medium). Fortunately for me, there was a wonderful, kind and extremely dedicated employee named Brittany who helped me a ton!!! She showed me the product I was looking for right away. Turns out, CoverGirl did carry a shade darker, but Brittany told me it would be too dark for my complexion. She then steered me to the Maybeline version; it was just my color and even had a higher SPF. The price was comparable, and I was just all around so happy with my purchase. The tinted moisturizer looked and felt way better than what I owned before. The transaction took all of 5 minutes, and I was expecting to be there a lot longer, desperately searching for a tinted moisturizer. EVERY TARGET SHOULD HAVE A BRITTANY IN THEIR BEAUTY DEPARTMENT! I am going back for sure and hunting her down next time I need...

I was concerned about getting help, I had surgery and wanted to exchange a heavy cast iron enamel dutch oven. I went in and saw an employee by the name of Shelton, and asked can I get some help getting something out of my trunk and get another one off the shelf. He said yes of course I can. Then I asked him is it okay we get water also. He did not hesitate but was willing to help. I kept bragging on him. I wish all stores have people like you. I felt like I was treated like I was important. I bragged to everyone I talked to during the day. Then he push the basket and made sure someone helped me and went to the return customer service and an employee by the name of Allyisa helped me and she loaded my car. I was so impressed how I was treated by both employees. This is truly what excellent customer service is. I am truly impressed for Shelton and Allyisa that made my day. Very very...
