Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Stockton

This area is a more upscale area in Stockton however this establishment employs some that have certainly not been developed in customer service and hygiene. Every one that handles food of required to take a food handling course. I went there and have gone there several times and the workers are wearing gloves touching food and the floor and their hair. NO! That is not acceptable when you are handling food you should change your gloves when you go in the office as my server did on my visit and the manager s as well, she was fixing her headset with gloves on and coming back to the window. PICKING CUPS OFF THE FLOOR and placing them on the counter. I would not go there again. I know it’s quick but that’s just nasty. I will be reporting them to the health department. And then the girl because that’s what she acted like proceeds to argue with me about her lack of hygiene in a restaurant. She needs training or get a job where you are not handling food. I've went to his Jack in the Box all my life, I've loved every bit of it. I use to go to this location multiple times a week until recently. This was my second time going to Jack in the Box that day. I had placed my order and pulled up to the drive thru to pay, I requested to apply the 20% military discount they offered here as usual but the male at the drive through flat out lied to me and said it was only for drinks. Insight: I'm a grouchy US Marine (retired) As normal I walked into this establishment not expecting anything different from other JIB's. I was greeted with a cheerful and positive attitude by manager Marisela. I was treated with such positiveness and patience that it made me smile. As I waited for my order, I heard her speak and give her employees directions with a please and thank you. It made me happy to hear positive leadership traits.
