NO! That is not acceptable when you are handling food you should change your gloves when you go in the office as my server did on my visit and the manager s as well, she was fixing her headset with gloves on and coming back to the window. PICKING CUPS OFF THE FLOOR and placing them on the counter. I would not go there again. I know it’s quick but that’s just nasty. I will be reporting them to the health department. This was my second time going to Jack in the Box that day. I had placed my order and pulled up to the drive thru to pay, I requested to apply the 20% military discount they offered here as usual but the male at the drive through flat out lied to me and said it was only for drinks.
