If you’re looking for a place to waste your time, waste your money, be disrespected and lied to, PLEASE come to this place! I bought a sofa and 2 accent chairs. At the time of pick up I found out the sofa was seriously damaged with what looked like an acid or chemical spill. I was told they would RETURN my sofa and the NEW one was arriving within a week. After waiting for a while I went to pick my supposedly NEW re-ordered sofa and then I was told they NEVER returned it but they HAD it repaired, mind, they NEVER mentioned any repairs instead promised a new sofa. With the previous bad experience I had I went ahead and checked; only to find out it was poorly repaired and had new damages due to poor handling. After escalating the situation to the manager and the manager’s wife and conversations back and forth due to no intention of helping the costumer, they finally gave their word value and had my sofa replaced for a new one. When it was time to finally pick it up, I was told they had no MEN workers in the store to help and I a WOMAN was supposed to get it up in the truck, my 16 yr old son was driving, after a while a man came to pretend he wanted to help, same man they told us had a hip injury and was not available; “he looked in a pretty good shape to me”. Not to mention I was told the financing bank they work with had no interest for more than 12 month, only to find out later when I received my card that The bank DO in fact give you only 6 or 12 month time limit to pay depending on the amount you spent and has a 12.26 % rate since the first payment, aren’t they supposed to know this information about the bank their company works with?? In conclusion, please for your own sanity do not go to this place! Trust me they do not know how to work with customers starting to the receptionist lady at front to the managers.

Adding to all this, how convenient that all the good reviews this place has are from EMPLOYEES, all their google pictures are identical to the store personnel, go to the store and...

We purchased 2 couches and decided to add a featured wall to our living room back on Feb 2024. The store employees were great up until they weren’t. The couches are good, no complaints there. However, the PVC wall panels they display in their store has been a headache since day 1. To get them to come out and start the wall was a hassle, they’ll say a day and time then they’ll no show. Finally wall was completed and there were many imperfections, which we notified them immediately.Lights were added in the wall, one side does not match the other. Then one side stopped working completely only months after the install. We weren’t turning those light on often. We turned them on about 2-3x a month. We’ve been reaching out to the store to get this replaced at least 20x, I wish I was exaggerating. There’s always 101 excuses, we’ve been told at least 10 times someone was going to show up and it’s been 2 months, no one has showed up. I feel that my husband has been very understanding and patient with them but at this point it’s completely irresponsible on their end. They talk about the employee not being consistent, but that’s not our fault, they should get someone else to resolve the issue. I’m more than dissatisfied with the customer treatment. We’ve wanted to continue working with them but this treatment is unfair and I’m not willing to go through this again. We’ve cleared our schedules numerous times because we were told someone was coming. This wall was also very costly. We’ve spent $3k on a wall and we can’t get someone to come fix an issue that is their fault for poor quality materials. It’s super upsetting and frustrating. So future customers be aware, you’re treated great at first until funds are released then when you run into issues with their work, there’s no guarantee it’ll get fixed. At this point I have no choice but to warn customers, and advise about the future mishaps you’ll run into.Poor quality lights, install and terrible...

I ordered a sleeper sofa from here and then a table. The original table I ordered was not going to fit into my apartment due to the fact my apartment complex gave me the wrong dimensions of my dining room. I called and spoke with Daniel. His response was “we don’t do returns unless there’s something wrong with the product. I’m going to have to see what we can do because we don’t keep any murchandise on our floor.” I thought that was kind of funny because they have merchandise all over both of their stores. He said he would call me back once he had my account pulled up. I called him two days later because he never called me back. We ended up doing a return for another table that was smaller and that could fit my dining room. When the table came the guys who set it up were very very friendly. But after setting it up I noticed the table had four holes underneath it and One of the chairs had a crack in it and another chair had a bubble in it. The guys notified Daniel said that he would call me the following morning. Daniel never called in fact I had to call Daniel. Daniel told me that he would have the new table to me by 2/24. It’s now Thursday 225 and Danielle never reached out to me this week. I’ve had to call the store multiple times asking for Daniel. When he did try to reach out to me this morning he texted me rather than calling me. When I tried to call him back he forwarded my call to voicemail. Let’s not even get into my sofa that will not be in until possibly May when I ask him about it he beats around the bush. I’m so fed up with this company. The only person that I really like dealing with is the woman at the store was truly so kind, patient and friendly. Daniel has no clue what’s going on and his Communication skills are slim to none. No los recomiendo. Me atendieron muy bien el día que fui a comprar mis muebles. Pero la verdad después fue una decepción total. Me gustó un set para mi cuarto q vi en la tienda. Ese día vi algunos detalles q tenía malos. Raspones y demás pedí uno igual, lo q nunca me imaginé es q ese mismo set sería el que me enviarían después. Así mismo exactamente con los raspones y defectos q ya había visto anteriormente. En fin fueron tan deshonestos q ni siquiera pudieron decirme q era el único q quedaba. Le puse un seguro a los muebles gracias a dios del juego de sala pude cambiar un sofá q estaba raspado y arañado. Pero el juego de cuarto aún está dañado. Y no recibo respuestas de ellos. Siempre me dicen q espere al técnico de Ashley q ya lo reportaron. Pero nada estafa total, yo no le compré a Ashley le compré a ustedes a miracle furniture así q ustedes son los que deben responder. Cínicamente me ofrecieron $200 por los daños que tenían los muebles. Obviamente no lo acepté porque de antemano sabían q ya venían dañado. Creo que hubiera sido mejor si me hubieran ofrecido otro mueble y no ese. Decepción total para mi una gran falta de respeto. Desde mayo estoy esperando una solución y nada. Noooooooo compren con ellos. 👎👎👎

I recently did my family room wall with miracle furniture and i can’t say enough. It was an amazing experience to see how they transformed a wall into something so beautiful and modern. Experienced workers and very reliable and friendly. Everything was done and cleaned afterwards better than it was. If you want to improve your home i highly recommend you call them.

I recently did my family room wall with miracle furniture and i can’t say enough. It was an amazing experience to see how they transformed a wall into something so beautiful and modern. Experienced workers and very reliable and friendly. Everything was done and cleaned afterwards better than it was. If you want to improve your home i highly recommend you call them.
