I was in Guam for work but wished I brought my family. I stayed in a suite which was a 3bd/2ba. Two of the rooms had two twin beds. There was an incredible amount of space as well as a washer/dryer inside the unit. I would say a family of 5-6 would be comfortable here. The kitchen was a good size with fridge and dishwasher. The location of the tower was great. It was about 10min to the airport and about 5min drive to the shopping areas. There are some places that were walking distance (in my opinion). There is also a small market/store across the street from the tower. The beach was right in front of the hotel and there was a place right next door where you could take advantage of some water sport activities. In my opinion this is a great place for families. I also liked that they had vending machines in the lobby. The staff did an amazing job at cleaning the rooms. The only downside was the inconvenience of one working elevator, the wifi in the room was okay. I couldn't stay on calls long enough and I couldn't download large files like a movie. If you're just browsing on the Internet, it works well. There is no "do not disturb" sign, and no information sheet. Also, no tours offered at this location. The place is a little out dated but that doesn't matter since the place has all the amenities you would need. The pool was nice and clean and open from 0700-11pm. This was a nice quiet and safe place. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because a few times I had a lot of things I was carrying in and the door I came through was heavy. I don't understand why it doesn't stay propped open. The staff observed me and didn't offer to help with the door. I saw a lady with a large cart of items struggling as well and no one offered to help her either. Other than that, great place for family. Recommendation: Bring detergent pods/dishwasher tabs. Soap is not provided to...
Read moreI stayed here for 3 weeks while on a work assignment. It is on the beach about 4 miles away from the tourist areas, on one of the busiest streets on Guam, Marine Corps Drive. ||||This appears to have been originally constructed as condominiums. Looks like several units are still lived in by owners as the patio furniture varied. The large lobby area has a marble floor that is only cleaned occasionally. Also, there are several vacant stores in the lobby as well as a vacant restaurant area. Only the main desk is utilized. No other lobby services are offered.||||I saw several young children waiting for school busses each morning and met a lot of very nice uniformed military personnel each day in the elevators. Most ere staying at the Alupang or temporary duty on Guam.||||The beach area is quite nice, protected by an off shore reef, but is very narrow. At high tide the oceans laps up against the building.||||Our 3 bedroom condo unit had 2 bathrooms. The beds are quite small and were rock hard. The condo furnishings were very modest and not comfortable. One of our air conditioners failed the 2nd day and they moved us to a different unit. The kitchen area is very small and had 4 utensil sets along with a couple of other items. We bought a coffee maker on our own for the mornings.||||The unit included cable TV and w-fi internet that worked quite well. It was kept quite clean but housekeeping was only offered every other day. The units included washer & dryers that worked well.||||The building exterior had mildew and the interior hallways smelled of mildew. Lots of wall dings and dents in the hallways. Only 1 of 3 elevators was usually operating. Seems like there is deferred maintenance.||||The pool was clean but had peeling paint.||||The young staff was friendly and helpful ||||I can only recommend it if you need multiple bedrooms with a kitchen and want to stay away from the...
Read moreI will give Ms. Belle and Jasmine 5 stars for kind service. However, as a company, a low rating. First day, AC not working, just arrived here from mainland USA, Houston area. I'm used to higher humidity, and so I only used fan. They blamed me for the mold that caused me to move out early, saying I should have had the AC on?? Floor and furniture always felt wet. Tenants have to pay for electric, so I kept using my ceiling fan, it was enough for me coming from humid Houston. So no retroactive refund of rent money, even though I had paid for the whole month. I kept the unit clean, so no issues with that. Some of the furniture in disrepair, they fixed one only. Had a hole in the wall, they fixed that with clear putty?? Ripped curtain not replaced. Refrig door not properly closing. Dead roach in utensil drawer. Loud sounding HVAC system although mine was not working. Very small fitness room, with broken universal weight machine, they finally fixed after I complained. Disinfectant wipes in fitness room dried up, in other words, they didn't care about this fitness room. Pool was shut down for a few days for cleaning, however, I could still see algae on bottom of pool. Restaurant closed. Definitely not worth the close to $2800 per month rent if they don't take proper care of the units and amenities!! For a third world-like country, that amount of rent for a 2 bedroom unit, with disrepair issues, is more criminal...
