Island Cuisine — Local services in Tamuning Municipality

What was suppose to be the most special day of my life turned out to be a huge headache because of island cuisine. I got married last year and One of island cuisines employees (i believe her name is jo) said we were suppose to recieve food for our guest count of 160 people, and only about 30 of our guest got to eat. Not enough plates, not even enough food for that 160 they said they were able to feed. Just 10 minutes after opening the table, all the food was gone, and i noticed the table cloths were the wrong color. My family and i were scrambling to place orders at different restaurants to compensate for the lack of food on island cuisines end. We payed over 2000$+ for 160 people. Awful experience today! Had a lunch function at noon. Sent in our order 2 days in advance, 10 plates for pickup at 11:00 am. Arrived on time. Was charged for someone else's order. Lucky I checked the receipt. Waited for an hour and 10 mins for them to bring our order curbside! To top it off, didn't get what we ordered. No dried meat and no chicken kelaguen. Items were substituted without notice! One plate didn't have red rice! Never mind we were given shrimp kelaguen instead of chicken kelaguen and the people who got these plates are allergic to shellfish! If we wanted these items, we would have selected them! They were a part of the 13th Inaugural Festivities- Dinner after the ceremony and they did amazing work on the look, the delivery of service, the food tasted great and the overall appeal was excellent. They were tasked with the international food tent and did various finger foods and treats. Many positive comments from those in attendance. Definitely would go with them again.
