If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased a TP router from there that was giving me problems. The internet company tested it and I tested it and it was defective. I went to exchange the router for a new one but before I could they wanted to "test" it. I said sure. So they "test" it by going on youtube and watching a 30 seconds of a 9 min video. While he was doing this test he was still connected to their network. So how can he tell if my router is working or not. Answer: He can't!! I was telling them that they have to observe the router over a longer period because it works great for a bit and then cycles thru poorly and then works again. They told me that the problem was my internet. The internet company came out and replaced the lines in my unit and the main line so all lines are new and working great. The tech went to speak with the elderly woman and I followed him. They didn't want me to hear their conversation so they spoke in a different language. Just rude. Then she kept telling me that I was wrong and that it worked and all they could do is give me a credit. I explained to her that I wasn't wrong. I did proper testing, which they didn't, the cable company ran a diagnostic, which they didn't, and it failed all tests. I also explained that for me to tell you its broken and for you to keep insisting that it does in fact work is insulting. Not to mention a defective return is no money out of their pocket. They can return a defective item and get a credit for that item on their next order. SO this exchange and rude behavior from her was unnecessary. She refused to allow me to do a return for cash but all I wanted was an exchange in the first place but after this treatment I wanted my money back. Of course they wouldn't give it to me. So I left out with a credit to a shop I don't ever plan on visiting again. I'll probably sell it to someone at a discount so I at least get some cash back. I see now why everyone on island told me to go to American owned businesses. BTW I went to an American owned store, bought a netgear router, set it up and have had no more...
Read moreI came to find a flash drive and they found me a 64gb for $19.95!
I took a look at the reviews before I made mine and I didn't understand most of them. Some things weren't the price you wanted? They couldn't fix your flash drive that you brought in completely broken? Seriously?
Sometimes they have stuff that is expensive, yes, and sometimes they have deals you couldn't find anywhere else. I understand some prices because of the cost of the product, cost of shipping, and add on some for profit. It's simple business. They have stuff that I can't order myself since we live in international waters. I'm about to order a gaming chair through them.
Here's a run down of they can do here:
They also repair computers, TVs, printers, etc as well as sell them. They repair cellphones and tablets too. They sell programs such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Security Programs.
Call them if you have any questions and they would be happy to answer questions or send you a quote.
If they don't have something, you can ask them to special order it for you or to let you know when they do come in if they're out.
They sell security camera systems (CCTV) and install them. They also go to your house for repairs on those systems, computer house calls, even store POS system repairs. You can ask them to take a look at your problem and ask for an estimate at no charge.
They can make custom built computers for you just for the labor price of $100 and provide other services.
This is a store that can do many things and is still growing and evolving. I first noticed that when I found out their stock changes according to people requests. I think that's awesome. Heck, they even operate a health shop next door called...
Read moreTurned in a laptop with specific instructions for repair. They let a trainee write down all the instructions and work on it. Keep in mind that this employee didn't know how to properly clean a computer when asked about specifics. Due to incompetency, they fired that employee and continued to work on the laptop without the previously received instructions. When they said they 'completed' the repair, they really meant that they completed what they guessed needed to be done. Now I have missing hardware that was supposed to be returned to me and/or installed, I have loose hardware that was supposed to be installed, and a laptop that doesn't even turn on. When asked why they didn't complete the tasks that they were instructed to do, they replied that there were no instructions. This is highly unprofessional and I don't recommend that anyone should use their services. You'll have a better chance repairing your device with a hammer and...
