Dont ever go to this motel if you are American. The people that run this place charge u for everything. My 2 year old daughter took too long of a shower and they kicked us out after we paid and very early in the morning forcing us to move everything and find another motel. Its not as cheap as they say, hidden costs. I paid for a week which is supposed to be $155, they decided to charge me $250!!!! Almost double! Very rude people who talk about you in arabic, they have an attitude when u ask for anything, even toilet paper! They watch everything like a hawk, like for instance if you have a visitor they wanna write down plate numbers and try to charge you for another person. I was nothing but cordial and polite to the whole family that lives there and they treated me and my daughter like crap. Gave us an hour to pack up and get out, i should have called the cops! DONT EVER GO TO BEL...

My Wife & I have been struggling like all hell to find an apt, been duked & Scammed by other individuals.... But The Owner of the Bel Air has been considerably understanding, so sincere & all around, such a HUGE help! I've come in contact with a lot of Hotels & motels! By far this has been 1 of the best hotels, if not, the best that I've been at! She has been beyond fair & so understanding, despite not knowing us! I recommend this Hotel if you want a family feel environment!...
