Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toledo

I take my son here before school once or twice a week and we always love it. The food is always great and everyone is very courteous and friendly. Keep up the good work

Edit: This was a 5 star review but in the last 2 months I have been here 4 times and not once have they gotten my order right. I guess its my fault for not checking my bag more thoroughly. I completely understand the occasional mistake but this last visit was the worst. I ordered 3 Bacon everything Bagels with 2 donuts 2 drinks and an order of bagel bites. Got home and realized I was missing a sandwich and bagel bites and received the wrong donut. Went back to get my bagel bites and sandwich. They made me a regular bacon egg and cheese bagel this time instead of the bacon everything bagel with double meat and cheese that it was supposed to be. Got home and realized one of the first two sandwiches they made me was a sausage egg and cheese (which is also cheaper) so in the end I overpaid for 2 sandwiches, got the wrong donut, and all this was after already having to drive back becauee they forgot half the order. This was my first time ever coming to Tim Hortons. I relocated here from Atlanta Georgia. I came through the drive-through and ordered a few things and then I wanted to try a Lemon Cake Donut. I’m not sure of the name of the lady that took my order, but she was very nice and she told me that they had no more lemon cake donuts. I really wanted one and she actually made sure that they made me a fresh hot lemon cake donut. She told me it was going to be a seven minute wait, but it was much less than that and when I got that donut, it was so fresh and delicious With the warm glaze icing. That type of customer service you don’t just get anywhere. That’s the first time I’ve ever seen anything like this, so I called the store and complimented the manager and she was so happy to hear this. Let’s make a difference in the world as consumers. When good things happen we as people need to call in or complement management and staff and tell them the good things they do, not just the bad things that you experience. Well lets just start off saying that they're lucky they even got 1 star. Everytime and I mean everytime I come to this location, the customer service is TRASH. And I only order one thing off the menu (frozen hot chocolate).... they seem to NEVER get it right. I asked for it to be remade because it was sloshing around in the cup, and the guy gave me an attitude. Im sorry but if i pay for soemthing, i want it made right. Anyways, he remade it the SAME WAY but this time added extra chocolate syrup... i almost got sick because it was full of it (top and bottom) and absolutely disgusting. I then parked and walked in and I ended up receiving ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. All employees just looked at me. I came home and tried calling but there was no answer.. I will be calling back in the morning and I threw a large drink away, I couldn't stand just looking at it. Thanks for ruining my night! This place is a disgrace... they should be ashamed...
