I gave them 1 star, because 0 wasn’t an option. Horrible service,, the young lady wearing a Hijab was not customer service friendly… I got my order and the Mexican Pizza, looked like it had been returned by another customer, Or, someone else ate out of it. I called to explain the situation, and was told that the reason my pizza looked like that, is the boxes are flimsy, and the Pizza's are falling apart in them. I was also told that I could come back and, get a combo with no cost to me. I was told to ask for Melissa, the Manager who would take care of me. I returned and the Dining-room doors were locked. I drove through the Pick-up window, and attempted to explain that Melissa told me to come back. The lady with the Hijab, said they don't know a Melissa. Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had. It was about 8 pm. The line was super long which was fine. We ordered our food. Waited 20 min then came to the window. They shut the lobby down about 830 ish. We finally got our food. We started to drive away. I checked to make sure everything thing was there. And of course it was not. They had the doors locked and line was super long. So I tried to call like 10 times. No one answered. So we drove around and parked by the window and I walked up to the window I told her what we were missing. While I was standing there waiting I observed one work just standing there eating, very load music playing, workers dancing. So they hand me the food. I walk away we drive home sit down to eat and the grilled cheese burrito it completely burnt on both sides. And my two hard tacos were completely broken. Got up front to pay and said they needed to add the double steak burrito and manager came and said no you should of looked at screen. No she was changing screen as she said price and pull forward. Manager said your order is complete and I have car behind you complete so you can't change your order. I know 100% positive you can. I have no doubt. Been on both sides of the window for that issue. Manager was rude wouldn't fix it. We won't be back. But I do want to say the young man was pleasant tried learning but was told and taught wrong.
