We bought 2 mattresses from them. When we got them they were 77 inches long instead of 80. I figured it would be a PIA getting it taken car of, but no.

One phone call and one week later, I picked up the correct ones. No questions asked and not treated like a PIA. Very refreshing these days!

Good experience. Went to four businesses including this one to look for a new bed. No pushy sales people trying to make a sale. They let me look, and when I had question, they were more then helpful.
