Bed is terrible, app is bad and customer service is the worse!
We purchased a new Sleep Number bed because we were told it would help my back. Well, after sleeping on the bed for a week I knew it wasn't going to work and my wife was not comfortable. We had to sleep in the bed for 30 days to be eligible to return it. The app worked when it wanted and when it did work the data was not even close to being correct. The bed was cold when crawling into it each night and the comfort is not what they claimed. I tried playing around with my sleep number setting but nothing worked. My back is worse today because of this bed - thanks!
Customer Service is worse than the bed. After waiting 30 days I called to return the bed. The rep tried upselling different products that in her words âwould make the bed more comfortableâ âŚlol. Right because the several thousand-dollar bed you sold me isnât as comfortable as you make it sound - no thanks. We had a scheduled pickup window (3 hours) and 10 minutes prior to the window they called to cancel the pickup. I stated that was ridiculous to call 10 minutes prior to the pickup window. The rep was rude, talked over me and did not listen at all and even scheduled another pickup date without my authorization. After a brief shouting session, I asked to speak with her supervisor which took 45 minutes of waiting on hold. The next available pickup for our return was going to be 2 week later. I stated that was unacceptable because I wasn't going to wait 2 more weeks to get my refund. Eventually a pickup date was scheduled for 3 days later. Well, here I am typing this review while still waiting for the pickup, which was scheduled 3 hours ago. I received a text message informing me the tech was on his way and would be there in 34 minutes. Like I said that was 3 hours ago and another call waiting for 45 minutes to be told the rep is running late and they have no idea when the rep will arrive, but it will be today. So, bed still sits waiting to be returned and I am not supposed to be angry. I have rearranged 2 days waiting for this bed to be pickup so I can get my money back.

He took us around and showed us all the different models and features even tho we kinda had a idea of the bed we were interested in getting but he wanted us to experience all the different ones and we almost chose a cheaper model than we were there to buy. But he was not pushy at all and just left it up to us and just wanted us to be comfortable. We were in the store for about a hr and a half or 2 hrs and everything went very well. He was very knowledgeable about the products that he was selling and gave us some of his personal experiences with using the products to help us have more information when if we were going to choose the half split king or full split. We scheduled our delivery for the first available slot which was a few weeks out (Jan 2020). The day of we got a call stating the bed wouldnât be coming. We were frustrated but compensated for the inconvenience; we rescheduled. Long story short 2 more deliveries were scheduled and our bed was never delivered. We were even in communication with corporate who ensured our bed would arrive on the 3rd delivery but it was not. Customer service at the actual location was phenomenal, unfortunately, sleep number is highly lacking in the customer service field and delivery aspect.
