To the Corporate Leadership- You must be doing it right. I had initially been taken to At Home by a friend who LOVES the store. I, in turn, went back with her, and brought another friend of my own. Years later, I am still doing just that- inviting loved ones in!!
Today, I drove 45 minutes to bring in a loved one that has never been to At Home. I had thought I might "over-sell" the store because my excitement was bursting. Let me ensure you- I did not!! My loved one was JUST as in AWE as I knew she would be!
I am not sure if there is a way to let me know if the At Home Corporate Leadership has in fact seen this review; however, if at all possible, I would be delighted to be notified.

Read moreI just wanna take the time to give a shout out to a young man named Adam. I came into your store last week looking for some patio cushions. I was having the hardest time finding them.. The young man was busy running up and down this giant ladder when he noticed me he took the time to stop and ask me if I needed any help I told him no it’s ok he said no hun I insist on helping it’s what I do so I told him which ones I was looking for he went above and beyond looking thorough all the boxes that where stacked up top until he was able to find what I was looking for.. he apologized on the shelves not having what she needed and even went out of his way and brought them up front. And even waited and brought them to my car.. please let this message get back to him and tell him to never stop being himself cause customer service like that is hard to find now a days so again thank you Adam I can’t wait to come back and shop again and I hope your working when I do cause I will come and find you for help...
Read moreRugs are mislabeled and sizes are inaccurate. They couldn't scan the one rug because none of them had barcodes and it took them no less than 15 minutes to identify it. When I realized the main rug I was buying wasn't the size the chart said it was, I immediately brought it to the register to look for other options. After spending another 20-30 minutes looking through all the displays, I conceded to not finding anything and returned to the register for the return. To which the cashier said I would have to go to the back of the line, which now had 6 or more people in it. When I said that I was extremely frustrated at that point and have been in the store for over an hour and requested a Manager, she rolled her eyes and basically ignored my issue.
