Quick stop (so I thought) for a couple of new keys. Everything was fine until I went to the register. I had to stand there for a minute waiting for the cashier who was fixing her draw. Seconds later a female coworker came behind her and went into her draw. The two started a long winded conversation. The cashier says to her "Should I cash her out first?" Her coworker replied "No, she can wait." "Haven't I wait long enough? It's been about five minutes?" I replied. Mind you she the only cashier there! "We need to count the draw!" She YELLED. They literally counted the draw and DID NOT apologize for the long wait or her loud tone of voice. Seriously! The cashier rung me up like I just walked up. She politely tells me to have a nice day. As a an older woman, as I was leaving all I heard the manager say was make sure you get her cart brought back in. NOT, see if she needs help putting her items in her car. Read moreI was immediately welcomed at the door by sales associate Jim.....he was extremely helpful and assisted me through my entire store visit.....i askef him a few questions on a couple different home improvements and he was quite nice. I enjoyed shopping because i found it easier to get around a smaller store than the bigger stores, where most of the time i am left alone looking for stuff and the store is just too huge....i will return....i spotted some other items...
