Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Batavia

The worst service. They cater to mobile and drive thru orders. No staff looked up at the door upon anyone entering or say welcome in, hello, good morning, or good afternoon…no type of greeting. When I asked Noel, who was making drinks and the closest staff near the register, if someone could help me at the register she stated (all without making any eye contact), ‘We’re a little busy right now. Someone will get to you when they can.’ Soooo I provided feedback about the poor customer service and I waited. The staff working the drive through took my order which included 2 cups of ice. I received my other items but not the two cups of ice. Noel was standing at the register working on an IPad at this point and I asked her if they were too busy to get me 2 cups of ice. Clutch your pearls for her response..Noel told me that was disrespectful. Basically it seems that the girls working were following Noel’s lead to not waste time with customer greetings and small talk. Hearing all the bad reviews about this place I decided to order a simple drink hoping it would go smoothly. A tall iced americano with caramel drizzle. I received a grande drink, lukewarm, without even a single ice cube in it. They just filled it to the brim with water and handed it out. They did attempt to remake it for me when I brought the drink back in, but the drink I received still wasn’t as it was supposed to be. I specifically pointed out the line the water is supposed to be poured and how many shots of espresso it’s supposed to get and I watched the barista as she overfilled the cup with water. I usually don’t write reviews especially not bad ones but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Starbucks. Horrible service. I was traveling and needed to grab a quick coffee to go. Well the drive thru was insane as expected. I decided to go in and order a very easy drink, iced Carmel macchiato. There were only 2 girls working. After waiting almost 45 minutes/1 hr for a stupid coffee (along with others waiting) the girls were ONLY attending to people in the drive thru line. Finally after getting my coffee it was all messed up and not a macchiato. Also no apology for the long wait. Will never attend this location again, they should be shutdown at this location....
