We did the 1 hour bounce tickets. It was definitely worth the money, for the amount of jumping the kids got to do. However, we couldn't get the online ticket shopping cart to work and we were first time jumpers so we were supposed to fill out a waiver before going in. With the online issues, the process of buying tickets and filling out the waiver, it took almost 40 minutes. The kids were very anxious waiting that whole time and not being able to play, so it started out rough. However, staff were friendly and helpful, and tried to make the experience as good as they could for us.
There were lots of activities to do, so the variety kept the kids entertained. However, it was busy when we went and there were multiple parties going on, so there were lines and long wait times to use all the 2 person and single use activities. We wouldn't have minded waiting, but you pay by the hour there so it wasn't worth it to wait for long. There were also kids who were running around recklessly and jumping far too close to us, or goofing off. Staff were around and said very little, however, it is a jump place so I understand that wild play is expected. I just told kids to not be reckless near my kids, myself, and they listened.
If you have kids with anxiety, behavioral issues or who are triggered by rough play, you should either consider getting a jump ticket, yourself, to follow them better, or avoid going. The foam pit could definitely cause some claustrophobic or sensory issues, because kids keep sinking into it and other kids they don't know knock foam blocks on top of them or jump when they try to get out.
If you plan ahead with the waiver and/or go at a quiet time, this is totally worth the money and is a great place to go. We plan on going back on a weekday or a time of day we know will be quiet and we imagine it will be an even...
Read moreThe overall experience was fun. There was a lot for my 10 yr old to do. She was never bored and even fell asleep on the way home. I wasn’t thrilled with the limited area for toddlers but I would consider coming back for toddler time as I know you get access to more. The only disappointment I had was that this was my first time going there. Usually when you go someplace like this they ask if you’ve ever been and if not they kind of explain how things work. My ten yr old was with a party so her band was paid for but my 1 yr old I was paying for myself. When I purchased his band there was some confusion on my part and somehow I ended paying for a band for myself. So I paid $25 and just to watch him. I didn’t know how anything worked because nothing is explained and rushed at checkout. I later realized none of the other parents had the same bands as me and went back and asked if it was normal to have to pay when I’m just watching my toddler. I was told no I didn’t have to pay. I didn’t make a fuss or request a refund because it was clearly something I misunderstood. An expensive lesson learned on my part. But in the future the staff should explain these things a little better. They should be asking if people have been there and if not explaining how things work and not rushing people through the line. I would come again for sure now that I know how things work. I just wish I didn’t spend money on something that I...
Read moreWent Friday around 7 pm and what a nightmare! The staff is not friendly and are more concerned with their cell phones or talking with each other rather than watch the kids. There were 3 or 4 kids on a single trampoline and just total chaos. There were kids stealing the basketballs and just standing in the lanes chatting. I finally had to intervene as my son wanted to play. None of the tennis stuff was available and the small inflatable archery thing was deflated. My son , who is 7 and has done the archery course before, was told he couldn't because he wasn't tall enough. I asked when that changed and I was told last week. I asked about the tennis stuff and was told to go to the front desk but there was a line out the door, along with a sherrif standing in the lobby. I was surprised they were allowing more people in as it was packed inside. This isn't our first bad experience there, another time we went and half the trampolines were roped off and we still had to pay full price. They really need more staff on nights like that, who are more attentive to the kids and not their phones. I also feel if you change your policies you should either post a sign or have it explained at check in. Will most likely not be going back there and will stick with sky zone. It s cheaper and the staff are friendly and actually watch out...
