I wish I could give negative stars for this dealership! I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had getting a car serviced, and that includes with much lower end brands.
I brought my car in to get a flat tire fixed and had to deal with Joe Burnham, the most incompetent and rude idiot. I'm a young women and he completely tried to take advantage of that and trick me into paying for things that insurance would've covered.
Upon arrival I waited over an hour while Joe tried to locate the tire service man who only comes once a week. He told me that insurance would not cover this tire and tried to make me pay, which was completely false. Joe couldn't find the guy and eventually sent me home, to drive 30 minutes with a donut as a tire. Later in the day he called me and made me go take pictures of my tire and send them to him. He then called me to say that the photos would not suffice and I had to drive another half hour back to the dealership that day to bring the car back in. It was completely unsafe for me to be driving so much with a donut as a tire, but Joe did not seem to care one bit about my safety.
I was traveling for 11 days and when I landed back home I assumed the car would be ready. I did not receive a call from Audi so there was no reason to think my car would not be ready in 11 days! I got a friend to drive me over and when I got there Joe said "Oh I was gonna call but I was away. The tire guy messed up so we need a new part and your car isn't ready." I was not offered a loner car nor an apology for not calling. It is completely unacceptable that he was away and did not take car of my car being fixed within 11 days. I've been to other Audi dealerships that had it done within the day and still offered me a loner car for the day.
Joe told me the car would be ready in 3 days so I was disappointed and frustrated when I was woken up from a phone call at 8:30 am saying the car is not ready yet. It was completely unprofessional to call before 9am in my opinion. Additionally, my father had been in touch with Joe multiple times but when it came to delivering bad news he would only call me. He continuously was taking advantage of me as a woman and was too much of a baby to deal with my father.
Finally after my father called again to say how unacceptable their service has been, the manager agreed to give me a $100 gift card and fill up my gas to attempt to make up for them not giving me a loaner car. When I arrived the next day to pick up my car after 15 days, Joe was very rude to me. He gave me a gift card that was only $50, which again was him taking advantage of the fact that my father was not there to deal with him. He blamed it on his manager and took no responsibility.
Beyond that, he told me that I had to pay for the tire and that insurance would reimburse me. As I said earlier, I've dealt with the same problem at a different Audi dealer and I know that is not how it works. My father called the insurance company to make sure and told that to Joe. He was was extremely rude about it and said "fine, I'll do it and just be out $800." He was trying to make himself the hero when in reality he was a liar that was not following the rules, and was not going to be out $800 because the dealership gets paid back by insurance in one business day.
He handed me my keys and sent me off into a huge parking lot to find my car myself. I turned on the car and the gas had not been filled up at all. At that point I was too frustrated to deal with him again so I just left.
My experience at Audi Cicero was beyond unacceptable. The service from Joe was sexist, rude, dishonest, and frankly unsafe. I will never return and I will make sure that nobody else I know ever does either. I truly hope they read this because I feel like I was not being taken seriously and I am very upset at how taken advantage I...
Read moreI did not buy my Audi A8 at Audi Cicero dealership, so I can not comment on the buying processes. The service department and the staff thru out the Audi building are the best. And I don't say that lightly, I was a believer of independent car shops and thought of dealership as stealerships (old way of thinking). After a bad incident at an independent shop and a loss of $2000.00 dollar worth of botched repairs, 3 weeks in the shop, wrong parts installed, parts taken off and missing, wrong radiator fluid and more!!!!!!!! I took it to Audi Cicero dealership to fix it right. All repairs at the Audi shop cost less then the independent shop (I mean a LOT LESS) and the time it took was a Day NOT 3 WEEKS. Audi has given me a car, rides and good friendship while at the shop. Mistakes have been made on my car but and I MEAN BUT Audi always owns up to it and fixes the mistakes very fast to my satisfaction. So for the people who complain about work not being done right, give Audi a chance to fix it and they will. Audi (I mean the staff at Audi) will do whatever it takes to get the job done right and make the customer happy. So don't get mad, stay calm it will be fix right always. Just a note an Audi A8 is not a easy car to fix, it is very complicated and an average car mechanic could not fix this car. I also want to say the car shop is very clean, the coffee is the best, the waiting area is comfortable and quit and the cars are the best to look at. On to the staff. The staff at Audi Cicero go above an beyond to help there customers. Joe Burnham, Mike Estrada and Ray Elsworth (Service advisers) have all helped me at some point or another. All of these men have exceeded my expatiation on customer service, they are kind, considerate and get the job done. Joe Burnham and Brian Wilcken with others fought my warranty company for 8 days proving a part was bad due to no fault of my own and got the warranty company to cover my part (a 2000.00 dollar job). Brian Wilcken (Car Tech and great guy to talk to) was able to explain my car problems in a way I could understand and even let me look at my car on the rack. Just a note about the others, Dan Vrabel, Pete Plakas, Peter Breeze, Micah Salado, Heinrich, Timmy Collins, Nate Olcott and Aldini Karicic (car techs.) all do great work, they will come out of the shop to talk to you and explain or show your car issues demonstrating great customer service which most business in this world don't care about. And on a last note Samantha Cicinelli (front end consultant) thank you for the posters (Captain America) my bosses kids at his school loved them and you helped make there day. Samantha you are kind and considerate. I can not say enough nice things about the staff at Audi Cicero, I feel lucky to have a car shop like this one. Audi's are the best (Consumer Reports), this dealership is the best, buy and fix your cars here and you won't be disappointed.
John Nelson Customer for 1 year and Very satisfied

Read moreI wish I could give zero stars. I feel like it's important to start by saying that I am usually not one who thinks I am personally treated differently because I’m a woman but that is the only logical conclusion after the series of events that occurred with Audi at DV. I was communicating with them via email due to the changes prompted by COVID-19 which was fine and I was patient. Their initial response was sent quickly.
After 4 days of emailing back and forth and a few phone calls, Nate (sales manager) ignored all communication from me. I followed up a few days after the last email exchange stating that I would be at the dealership for a service on my current car and it would be great if I could see the Q5 we were talking about in person. Again, no response. While I was there, I talked to a salesman and prefaced it by saying I know that I need an appointment for sales but asked if there was any way for me to view the car since I was already there waiting for my car to be done. He said great timing because they had no one coming in for at least a few hours and could squeeze me in. Great. He went to get the keys for a Q5 and came back to ask a few more details about what I was looking for. After I said who I was and that I was already communicating with Nate on a specific Q5, I was told they no longer had time and they denied me a test drive. I would have understood if they had no time to begin with but it wasn’t until I said who I was that they magically were too busy. Keep in mind I was the only person in the building and our price proposals were only a difference of $600 in my last communication so I wasn’t being an unreasonable customer. I was simply making sure I was getting their best price as any savvy buyer would do. Through the whole process, I felt as though they were treating me as if I had no business speaking to them about their vehicles which is funny since they had none of my financial information at this point.
It wasn’t until a personal connection put my fiancé in touch with the general sales manager that things started to move forward again despite him not offering any sort of apology for how they treated me. However, they had no intention of selling me a car and they made that extremely clear. This is unacceptable treatment from a luxury car brand and I highly suggest you avoid this dealership especially if you are a woman trying to negotiate for yourself. There is no legitimate explanation for me having to have my fiancé involved, saying the same things I was, in order to get a response. Therefore, I took my excellent credit and cash to different dealership and closed a deal by myself on a fully loaded SQ5 for basically the same monthly price and money due at signing as DV gave me on an average Q5. Safe to say I was right when I thought I was getting screwed on the price. We are a very Audi loyal household (we currently own 2 S5s in addition to my new SQ5) and will never...
