Burdick Hyundai at Driver's Village continues to exceed my expectations. Truly, I am always so impressed with this location in particular.. I have had the opportunity to drive many vehicles over the years and have visited many dealerships, but I continue to come back and choose Burdick Hyundai because the whole entire staff (service / sales / parts) are incredible! This review is more than the incredible shopping experience I had recently. These vehicles have literally saved my life and I always feel incredibly safe behind the wheel of any Hyundai. The warranty and safety features are second to none.. so considering Burdick Hyundai always has the greatest selection on their lots, this decision was super easy for me! I was recently in for a routine service appointment (which is complementary during your whole lease on all new Hyundai's) I was taking a walk around the beautiful modern, updated showroom and had the pleasure of meeting Brian S. I had explained my lease ending soon and he had instantly taken away any of the dread I had about going through another car buying process after the awful one I had at a different dealership during the pandemic. So incredibly greatful for his help!! Brian had a great idea of what I was looking for (like he read my mind and even went above and beyond what I thought I wanted) ..then the fun began and George D. my salesman was incredible to shop/work with and made the whole process so enjoyable and fun! He was able to quickly answer any questions I had about the vehicles and very personable and just a pleasure to work with.. at no point did I ever feel pressured into anything! I am so impressed with my new vehicle and feel great about the deal we were able to make. Pickup day will exceed your expectations! Shout out to whoever you guys have detailing and getting your cars ready for customers.. I literally thought I was picking up a Mercedes, as someone who is passionate about detailing cars myself.. I was beyond impressed! It was immaculate 10/10. I had a small hiccup activating the blue link (not fault of anyone at all - they make sure to set up everything for you before you drive away) It's an incredible safety feature included for free on all new Hyundai's and can save your life in an accident. One of the sales managers, David A. went above and beyond to help make it right and I can't thank yall and the amazing people in service enough! The whole entire team at Driver's Village Hyundai deserves recognition.. You are all the reason I continue to recommend your dealership to all my family and friends.. and anyone with a Hyundai vehicle who is looking for a great service experience as well. Your technicians always take incredible care of my vehicles. I look forward to stopping in for my future service visits....
Read moreThis was my first experience at this dealership, and it was confusing and borderline insulting. I simply made an appointment to have my windshield replaced in my Santa Fe, but since the dealership does not do the actual replacement, I had to place a claim with an actual professional windshield replacement company who had arranged to do the replacement at Burdick Hyundai. From there, Burdick Hyundai was commissioned to do the required recalibration of the windshield sensors. The service manager and the other senior desk man seemed extremely irritated and had no desire to greet me as a customer, or even acknowledge my presence upon arrival. When one of them finally looked up through his eyebrows, I explained why I was there for my appointment. The saga continued. The windshield contractor finished the job, and called for payment. The insurance claim required both parties to be on the same claim, so I contacted Burdick to ask if the calibration had been completed. The manager complained that he had just finished the calibration and hadn't had time to type it up. I said, no problem, I just want to be sure that everyone is on the same page because the windshield contractor wants payment. He said "well they need to pay me, or I cannot release your car, this is why I didn't want to deal with this". This was beyond bizarre to me. It was as if this dealership had never had a ticket for windshield replacement with calibration! I was on the phone back and forth trying to clarify this situation with Burdick and the windshield replacement company. The replacement company was very kind and had great customer service. In the end they paid out-of-pocket to Burdick and awaited the claim repayment. I will never return to Burdick Hyumdai for service, or for any future purchases. We LOVE our Hyundais, and I am saddened by this unfortunate representation of the Hyundai brand. I will say, the men were just as rude when I retrieved my vehicle, as they had been when I dropped it off. I walked in, once again not noticed or greeted right in front of the gentleman, and when he did look up, he had a "what the heck do you want" look on his face. I explained that I was there to pick up my car, and he pointed to the payment window in the hall. It was very uncomfortable and I was shocked. If I can say anything good about this experience, it is that the woman at the window for payment was very cheerful and a well-needed breath of fresh air in...
Read moreAwful service! My car went in for inspection last week and problems with tires were ignored. They just made sure the tire pressure light was off so they could pass the car. The front two tires were flat within a couple of days after inspection so car was brought back in to have the two front tires replaced. They were not very helpful when trying to figure out an estimated time when car would be done. Coming from Rochester, not giving me a time was hard and I was left without a car. The car went in on Thursday and was supposed to be done by Monday morning. I went there Monday morning to ask for an updated status and to pre pay they would not let me pay and not give me a time. I then asked if it could be done by 4pm at the latest. After receiving no call, I went back at 4 pm to check. When I walked in it took about 15 minutes to be acknowledged or asked if I needed help, the two workers were just standing around and talking. When they finally acknowledged me, they told me that the car had just went back… at 4:15pm and would take about 45 minutes. After an hour I asked again how much longer it would take. They said 10 more minutes. Finally after the car is finally done, the tire pressure light is still on, even after driving around for a little. I then had to go back and ask for them to figure out why the light was still on… the whole point of why the car was in the shop. The car went back and 15 minutes later the service guy comes out and explains that there was a nail in my tire and that they had taken it out and patched up the hole. My car had been in the shop for 6 days and I paid $1,500 for them to ignore a problem that should have been acknowledged while my car was there the first time, for an inspection. It’s quite ridiculous and frustrating the lack of service I received from Hyundai. After giving them $1,500 I...
