Cabin 857-1- Christmas Mountain Village — Hotel in Town of Dellona

Super mediocre and not clean. We have visited twice this year. Once in a log cabin, once in a cottage. Both were unclean. Used towels on the back of the door, used washcloth in the shower curtain, stains everywhere including on sheets, random hair, crumbs, sticky stuff. No washer/dryer in unit. Outside pools close at 8pm sharp! Indoor slide closed both times, outside hot tub broken (I hear forever), clubhouse closed, sauna closed, gym closed, the outside area surrounding the large hot tub was in disarray, maintenance needs improvement in most area's, restaurant on super limited hours.

The security man we saw on both occasions was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the location away from the hustle and bustle. The fire pit area was nice and we enjoyed how you could see the moon and stars. There's pools to choose from. My son enjoyed the inside pool and it was warm enough for in and out play as...

Nice cabin but was no dish washing soap so called front desk & after waiting 1.5 hrs my significant went to the office to get it her self since we were waiting to wash dishes for next meal. Then 3 hrs later they dropped off dish soap & extra tp requested earlier 😑 They also left clean bag of change over Linens on the deck next to the front door the whole time in the rain. We also got a surprise knock am around 12ish am from security about one of our phones dialling 911 which none did(weird). Also had more than a few multiple courtesy calls that was annoying asking if we got our soap, tp when we got it ourselves...

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice cottage that was set in the back where all was quiet. Lots of things to do like fishing, swimming, mini arcade, basketball, tennis and planned activities for the kids. Some suggestions I could make would be to add a fire pit outside each cottage, a dvd player inside so the fam can watch movies and maybe some bunkbeds instead of the sofa bed. Overall we had a...
