Today, my wife & our 4 kids, her brother & his 4 kids, plus our friends and their kids. Total people that attended in our group today 8-12 kids (5-7 adults) An experience that NO CHILD OR ADULT should ever experience! Tubing at this resort is UNSAFE with EMPLOYEES that do not speak English are employed. Today, my wife, Family/Friends had to help a women who tubed down the lane with no expectation that there is no one on top of the mountain or bottom, to direct other riders when they can safely take their turn. Because of this, people out of excitement took their turn not realizing that at the bottom of the run the person is still in that lane. My family and friends had to experience the sight of that women get completely wiped out by other rider. When her legs got taken out from underneath her, she backfilled and landed on her head, neck of which it cause a 1.5/2min seizure. Her eyes rolled back and two people had to hold her down till she got out of it. When they yelled for help, the employees looked but no reaction as they did not understand the calm for help. No ski patrol, ho help. My wife walked up to this women to recommend professional medical advice as that his her profession. Read moreWhen we checked in, we told the sales guy we did not want a meeting. He continued to tell me why we should. Intold him again I didn't want one and I already did one before, that we are happy with what we had. He got rude and said "you don't have to be short with me" and then continued on with why we should have a meeting. Once we got checked in, we found out that the snow tubing was also broken. The water slide at the indoor park was never open. And then after having our ESD for 5 days, we got a nasty call from the front desk saying we were being charged $300, even though we have been here before with him and offered to give the front desk the paperwork. Instead they came knocking on our door at 9pm demanding we leave. The lady was so disrespectful You have lost our business. We have been here almost every year and its never been an issue. On top of that, you're charging people $30 a day on top of all the other fees we already pay. We will go elsewhere where there is more respect - one person I can understand, but multiple people?...
Read moreTo sum it all up: Frustrating. Came here for snow tubing with my partner and friend. We waited a half hour to purchase tickets. That was fine. Waited another hour for the tubing session to start. That was fine. What really bothered me was once our session started the line for the lift was very long so we instead walked up to the top. For some reason only two of the lanes were open, making the line to go down the hill extremely long and slow moving. It was to the point where I only was able to go down the hill twice in an hour. Luckily for us I think enough people got so frustrated and left that the line finally died down and we were able to get a few more runs in.
