Staying at the resort was pleasant.

They tell you to make sure and try the restaurant while you are there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!

Bad idea! The service was horrible. The man that served us made the whole experience bad. We weren't the only ones. A large party of about 12 to 15 (including someone in a wheelchair)people left because of the same man. I dont know his name but he is bald and was wearing a bright orange shirt. He was crabby about something. He gave us attitude when he took our order.Told my mother in law that she had to go get her own coffee from the coffee shop...we did not get any refills, and my wife's chicken sandwich was raw! My steak was undercooked. We did not want to complain because there was no one to complain to at the restaurant!He gave us attitude when we asked for the discount we were promised as guests at check in! The food is not cheap either! We complained to the manager at the main office, she was polite, but we were not offered any sort of resolution. Which is fine, we are not the type of people that want something for free.

There are so many other restaurants in the dells that seem to be more eager for the business. Dont waste your time and money at this place.

Also, if they spent the same amount of energy in fixing the problems at the restaurant as they do trying to give you the high-pressure sales tactics for buying their time-shares....it would of been a more...

Waitress did not know what she was doing. Stated she had only been there a few months. We had sent her for some ranch dressing for my the salad and took forever. When our meal came my sister asked for Thousand island dressing for her sandwich. I already had my meal and half eaten before she got her dressing. The salad had the stock of the lettuce in it and the lettuce was not cut up properly. After dinner she did not offer any deserts. Took way too long from the kitchen to get our meal and they were not busy. You would expect a wait if busy but they had maybe four tables with orders. Alcoholic drinks did not taster very well for the high price. I got the one with the mint in it and it was awful. When we were leaving I went to the bar to order some desert and for 10$ a piece you would expect a large piece of cake. Not… your average size was given to us and took almost ten minutes to get that….Overall I would only give the place a 2 of 10. The only good thing was the steak I received. Though this is on Bluegreen property, it doesn't extend nor embody the Bluegreen spirit of excellence. The staff seemed aloof of the fact that they worked here and just were not attentive of the customers nor knowledgeable of their offerings.

My family sat down after waiting for 45 minutes. Why the long wait? I have no idea as the place was overly empty. We thought the wait was finally over once seated, but we waited another 30 minutes to have our drink orders taken. After we saw 3 new parties be seated and offered drinks with one having their order taken, we figured we should probably cut our losses and go elsewhere. The kicker? The servers (MULTIPLE) made eye contact with us as they hurried by. I've worked in multiple restaurants and know a thing or two about what level of service is commensurate with what operating tempo. The restaurant was virtually empty, so there was no operating tempo whatsoever here. What we experienced was unacceptable.
