Went there as a guest of someone who was there for a Bluegreen timeshare presentation. First guest service was only polite, informative and giving to people who were Caucasian, Spanish and Couples. They put us in a Cottage all the way in the back were the wildlife ran around once it got dark so no outside, they had smart TV’s but the wifi went off on started having trouble before 9pm so it was no television even by 8am the next day, also the Cottage was nothing like what we were told or promised we would have (false advertisement). Anywho we got excited because after a few complaining phone calls they decided to move us to a room that fit the description we were promised BUT get this he had to be at the presentation at 11:30 ….now mind you check-out is 10am so he gets a call we’re going to move you but you have to be in there in 30mins it’s 10:30am now…anyway we had went “grocery” shopping at Walmart plus brought things from home so 3 kid’s & 2 adults who had unpacked everything and it took at least an hour to unpack now had to pack, load and arrive to new destination in 30 minutes WOW needless to say goal achieved some items left behind not many to get upset about so we’ll just replace them right. Walk in into what we thought was beautiful and definitely and upgrade and we started wiping down things with Lysol wipes spraying Microban and noticed dining table had dirt on it heck even the mirrors every last one of them then we saw the shower curtain in the Master bathroom had something black on it at this point we were like well at least the TV’s work so we took it as a win. Was first told they didn't have my room and that was at 8pm when I got here after 30 mins they found a unit clean and then told me go to the unit and check to make sure it's clean. the computer says it not but my email says it is. Then when my other half was bring in the bags he fell on the icy stairs. He threw salt which was literally a block of salt. later that night something was beeping and I called at 5pm they said someone would come over at 7pm called again to find out it went to the wrong department and at 840pm called and found out everyone went home so we had to deal with it. 2nd day here my other half slipped getting out of the car to come in after our 11am meeting. Our 3rd day here they finally gave us new salt, fixed the beeping noise and also we found some animal came threw the screen area over night. the beeping has finally stopped and we haven't heard it yeat. The lady who checked us in, didn't specify we weren't getting handicap accessible places (my family been coming here 27 years) when we would call for supplies sometimes they wouldn't come at all and we would have to re call the next day. Then the parking thing was ridiculous. I had a thing hanging up saying I could park. But apparently only 1 per cabin. But then there were those who didn't have the parking pass. You guys are willing to tow those with passes but unwilling to tow those without. Ridiculous. I'm paying to be here and following the rules. If someone else who doesn't have theirs up, ornisnt following the rules, tow them. Don't tell your 27 year customer's that we will get towed but then when we bring up those without right next to our car security said "there is nothing we can do about those" EVERYONE THE KEY TO PARKING HERE IS PARK WITHOUT A PASS THEY WON'T TOW ONLY IF THEY THINK YOU ARE...
