Last week I decided to try again Chef Elvis Caribbean restaurant. I was there several weeks prior for the first time and ordered jerk chicken. The jerk chicken was good and I also got oxtail, but that was ok. I went back for a second time and this time I tried the curry goat. A friend of mine told me about it and I’ve been going here ever since. Came across Chef Elvis food stall on The Mile. There was a line forming in the rain.
You can smell the slow charcoal doing its magic. The jerk chicken has spectacular flavors and the plantain is so so good. 👍
I’m glad I saw them today otherwise I would’ve not known they have a restaurant in Freeport by the LIRR.
