I'm very happy with several orders and the best deal I got from this Jennifer Furniture store at Patchogue location. This store is very beautiful, bright and clean. Most of the furnitures display on the floor from this store are very nice, contemporary and elegant. Speaking with an experienced sales consultant like Mario Acquafredda helped me get exactly what I was looking for like the beautiful designed dinning set, elegant recliner, and other luxury bedroom set like bench and corner stands, etc. Mario is very friendly, consciousness, and always taking extra efforts to search through the store catalog in order to find the furnitures that my wife and I were looking for even when we could not see the similar ones in the store. I highly recommend this beautiful store and best deal prices to those who are looking for something special that you are unable to find it from other furniture stores.

Recently, I came back to this store several times to look for other furnitures for my living room. I will never buy furniture from this company again. I bought bedroom furniture from them which was delivered to me back in December. One of the nightstands came damaged and the replacement nightstand was then delivered in February. The replacement nightstand unfortunately ended up being a different color from my other nightstand and after several calls to the store, they finally agreed to send another nightstand. They told me however I would have to wait another 6-8 weeks for the nightstand and that they could only send one. I tried explaining to the manager Andre that it might be a good idea to send two instead of one since there was a difference in color the first time. He told me that has never happened and would only send one nightstand. I finally got my nightstand delivered today and they are still not the same color. I am beyond angry with this company and that I have to keep going through this. Had the company sent me two new nightstands that they know match in color, this issue could be resolved but instead I am still left with two different color nightstands. I am tired of repeatedly calling the store at this point but this is not the way you treat customers. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and will never purchase any furniture from them again. We purchased 4 sofas in total, 1 recliner sofa set, a kitchen table set and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the products and the hospitality of the staff. We keep coming back because Jennifer furniture is the only place where you can customize your sofa. Pick any sofa style, pick the fabric and color you like and the type of mattress for the sleepers.
