Tea Island Resort — Hotel in Town of Lake George

My boyfriend and I stayed here in July 2018 for our first time vacation at Lake George. We stayed in the motel unit of Tea Island Resort. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the location was spectacular overlooking the lake. I chose Tea Island Resort because of the complimentary kayaks offered with our stay and they were definitely the highlight of my stay! I encountered no problems with accessing and using the kayaks - we went on two morning kayaks along the lake shore. The best part of our stay was checking in! The manager (and dog - Baloo?) were so friendly and he went above and beyond in recommending and writing down for us places to see and restaurants to visit in the Lake George area. The one concern I had was that housekeeping did not visit to tidy the room during our stay, but I'm not sure if that is standard or not at this resort. The wifi was also very spotty and I think could be improved. Overall I was very pleased and would return if visiting Lake George again...

I rent the big 3 bedroom house beautiful inside and out very clean from 05/23/30. To 5/25/20 omg the owner very nice but the problem is the house is very haunted I can’t believe I had to check out this morning 5 am to drive back all night we keep hearing kids crying ppl walking in the house screaming outside and feeling the chill vibes I couldn’t wait for the day light to come out me and my drove right back home I lost all my money on the rental because the can’t refund it but my family safety come first we leave everything in the house and run in our car drove off I call katlyn and told her I check out So sad the only thing she can offer me is a night of credit if she have room I wouldn’t ever go back no...

This resort is located on the lake. What a great view to wake up to in the morning 🌄 😊 😀!!!

Room service is upon request (which is the norm these days anywhere you go).
