I recently visited Pearl East with a friend to celebrate a personal event. My friend had been to this restaurant several times and highly recommended it, so I decided to give it a try—and I’m glad I did! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed. Pearl East has a humongous parking lot, with free parking both in front and behind the restaurant, including convenient spots for people with disabilities right in front of the entrance. We went for lunch, which is served from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at a fixed price, with plenty of options on the menu. For appetizers, I ordered fried dumplings, and my friend opted for an egg roll. For our main courses, I had shrimp with mixed vegetables, while my friend chose crispy shredded beef. Both meals came with fried rice, and we also enjoyed tea along with pistachio and strawberry ice cream for dessert. To accompany our meal, I had a glass of Prosecco, and my friend enjoyed a Margarita on the rocks. While the portions of the appetizers weren't very large, the main courses were generous enough to leave us feeling full and satisfied. The service was outstanding. Our waiter, Philip, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He managed to always be attentive without being intrusive—never missing a sign when we needed him. He was constantly refilling our water glasses, even though we hardly noticed him moving around. The ambiance of Pearl East is worth mentioning as well. The interior is elegant, with carpeted floors, beautifully arranged tables, and nice touches like cloth napkins. Even the bathroom was well-maintained, with glass doors and a remarkable chandelier that added to the overall experience. The restaurant was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable atmosphere, with enough space between tables for different group sizes. We also noticed security cameras inside, which added a sense of protection. Overall, I highly recommend Pearl East for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or just have a nice lunch while catching up with friends. My experience was delightful from start to finish, and I’m giving this place a well-deserved 5 out of 5. Thank...
Read morethe new old woman hostess is horrible at her job. it was busy tonight which i completely understand but my family and i have been coming here for YEARS. im a young girl, i got there before my dad & i asked her for a table for 3. she said “well do you have a reservation?” and then proceeded to roll her eyes and shrug her shoulders when i told her no. 5 plus years i’ve never made a reservation also being that im willing to wait. kathy the owner came out and the old woman proceeded to point to the people behind me and skip me and ignore me and kathy was like wait what about her? meaning me. then it got so much more packed so many more people came & the old woman had went and hid in the back on purpose. when she came back out finally after 20 minutes, i asked her if there was a list or something because again i was willing to wait. she SCREAMS and says “I HAVE TO HELP RESERVATIONS FIRST” like learn to talk to PAYING customers. then my father gets there, she realizes hes friends with the owner & she made up a lie that the WHOLE time she thought the owner was helping me because she knows she was useless and horrible towards me. the customers behind me noticed what was going on and asked me if i was okay because she was just that awful. that woman should not have a job there, and im not even mad about it being too busy or having to wait, thats understandable. i’m mad that she has 0 class and treats customers so terribly. We ended up walking out because of how poorly she...
Read moreLoved this place. The place is beautiful. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The service is very good. The food was 😋. This is an upscale Chinese restaurant. They also have some Japanese food. Some dishes are on the pricey side but the lunch special is a great deal. They bring a teapot as soon as you sit down and the long crispy noodles with two sauces on the side, Duck Sauce and Hot Mustard Sauce. At the end of the meal we got Chocolate Fortune Cookies. I had the lunch special which includes a choice of soup or an appetizer ( in both these categories you have three or four to pick from) a choice of Soda. I chose not to get Soda. I had the Vegetable Spring Roll, which was very good. You get a choice of Protein. I had Crispy Shrimp with Walnuts and you get a choice of Rice (Roast Pork Fried Rice, White Rice or Brown Rice) I had the Pork Fried Rice and it was very good. The Shrimp were large and juicy. The glaze on them plus the Walnuts made it even more delicious. It was delicious, a good amount of food and affordable. They also have a full bar. I didn't have any of their Cocktails on this visit but from what I read on their menu, they seem really good. I highly recommend...
