Believe it or not being so close to Northern you can still truly enjoy and embrace the sounds and sights of nature. I absolutely love the geese here! Before I started coming here it was like I always knew there where geese here but after I started coming here everyday and watching them and there behavior I truly begun to love and appreciate them. There are loving kind beautiful birds that people could actually learn from. They take care of each other and communicate with all there different honks. They care for there young just like any human couple would and they mate for life. I absolutely love the regulars here that also come to this park. Read moreWell maintained and mostly shaded playground made for a great place for our kids to goof around on a hot summer day. Was eerily quiet there considering the great weather, as we only ran into 2 other families in the entire park. Bathrooms were very clean, and trails are well kept. Stream a little murky and some sidewalks around the park were uneven due to tree roots, so expect a bumpy ride if you are navigating the perimeter of the park.
